"Our stay at TTC Imperial Hotel was imperiously good. So far it's the best we had in Vietnam. The location is very strategical, both to access the Imperial City and the night walking street. The room was huge and comfy, the bed was perfect and the view from the windows...amazing. Everything was clean as you would expect from a 5 stars hotel. The staff was very kind and welcoming. "Could not fault the staff: Always prepared to help: eg with transport bookings, directions, tours, breakfast choices. Everything was done with a smile. Special thanks to Kelly for organising our tours especially when we had difficulty trying to make decisions! Our room was comfortable (appreciated the balcony) but in need of a refresh, including ensuring all light switches are working. Breakfast choices and servings plentiful. Central location made it easy to access popular tourist sites. "

"Fantastic time at Jade Hotel. Alice and Miss Lam in reception were amazing, very friendly and helpful. All staff were great. Convenient location, walkable to many attractions. My bed was so comfortable with nice pillows as well. The rain shower worked very well, the A/C worked well and TV had many English Movies. I will definitely stay again next time in Hue. Thank you all at Jade"
