"Cut our Sedona trip short to see Phoenix. We chose this hotel from rates on Expedia. It was in a quiet area, clean and convenient. Short walk to Chase arena, and Jefferson, a street full of restaurants. No bar at night only beer and wine. It was a beautiful day did not have an area to sit outside to enjoy but overall a great hotel."

"Our stwy was really nice. However, they do not clean the rooms every day. They do every other day. We were there for four days. I don’t like that. I think the room should be clean and picked up every day and towels exchanged out every day if needed. And the room should be made up every day if you’re paying for the price of this hotel. Other than that, the staff were nice. The bartender in the bar they were all wonderful."

"The people were very nice. The rooms were spacious and well appointed. It was also nice and quiet. Free breakfast was great and it was within walking distance of the arena, restaurants and shops."

"The hotel is beautiful. The staff was wonderful. Walls are thin and you can hear your neighbors every move. Lots of construction in the city that starts at 7am. We loved our stay anyway. Also, no free parking. So if you’re driving expect to spend $30-50 everyday in parking. "

"The room had everything I needed. I liked that I could just walk out the door and be right at the pool. The bathroom / shower was spacious. Loved having a full refrigerator / freezer. Bed was comfortable. I could easily walk to some of my favorite cafes, bars, and restaurants in the Roosevelt Arts District. The host was very responsive and made sure I was happy and comfortable."

"This was our second time staying here and this time was significantly better than the first. We were on the second floor, rooms and area surrounding the hotel were pretty quiet. Breakfast is included, pretty on par for hotel breakfasts. Sausage one day, bacon the next, pasteries, cereal, waffle maker, etc. Lobby had decaf, regular, and hot water for tea and hot chocolate available 24/7. Parking was $18 a day. Not sure if it was the hotel or my bank but there was a $100 hold for the deposit and...
