Open-concept living in the heart of all that Phoenix has to offer. With over 1500 square feet, this spacious home can accommodate six guests comfortably. It's perfect for your family gathering or for visiting nurses and traveling business people who want the comfort and space a hotel can’t provide. The private, heated pool is great for relaxing after a long day, and outdoor dining under the pergola is the perfect setting to watch the famous Phoenix sunsets.
Situated in Uptown, you'll be close to so many sites that make Phoenix unique. Quick access to highway SR 51, one of Phoenix's North/South highway corridors. Less than a mile from Camelback Colonnade (Home of Nordstrom's Last Call), and only two miles from Biltmore Fashion Park. Close to numerous restaurants on 7th St (Culinary Dropout, Stock, and Stable). The Vig Uptown and the Phoenix City Grill are mere blocks away, on 16th Street. Five miles from Grand Canyon University, the Phoenix Art Museum, and multiple golf courses. With a fifteen-minute drive to Sky Harbor Airport, your arrival and departure travel will be a breeze.
Three bedrooms - one king, one queen, and one with two twins. All linens and towels provided - including pool towels. Amenities include a Washer/Dryer, Wireless Internet Access, a TV in the living room with access to Local Stations, and Streaming Content. Prepare a delicious meal in the comfort of our well-equipped kitchen, stocked with all the necessary appliances. Full Kitchen includes a dishwasher and microwave, coffeemaker, blender, crockpot, and dishes to serve 8.
There is a Casita (small studio) in the backyard, which is not available to rent. The owners may or may not be there. Guests will have the main house all to yourselves. Enjoy your time in this stylish retreat!

An optional fee of $35 per day will be charged to heat the pool and is recommended between Oct and Mar if low temp is above 55 degrees.
Early check-in (1pm) or late check-out (2pm) is subject $125 fee. The full security deposit will be kept for all unauthorized pets on property.
Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM daily. Please respect our neighbors! No parties are allowed at any time on the property.

Great family get-away

This was the perfect house for my young family to have a week away from home. It is set-up so well that we felt very comfortable and were able to relax in the gorgeous property. It is in great condition and so conveniently located that I would recommend this spot to anyone.

Perfect location

This is a great house in a perfect location. Nice, quiet neighborhood that is close to the airport, shops, restaurants and hiking. Well stocked house with very responsive hosts. Back yard is perfect with shaded sitting area and heated pool with a tanning shelf. Great place to stay for a family vacation!

Conveniently located property makes getting around the city a breeze

The house was great and provided my family with a nice relaxing environment for our get away. We were able to get to all of the shops and the baseball stadium very easily which was great. Interactions with the property manager were pleasant and very responsive. Thanks for the stay.

Perfect spot for 4 guys on a golf trip

David's property was perfect for us. Plenty of space and a beautiful patio, swimming pool, and grill. Very clean space and a well stocked kitchen. David was incredibly communicative and answered all of our questions. Highly recommend this property!

Great Home Base for Visiting Family or Friends

Perfect for our Family!

Perfect house and location for our family of four. Spacious, comfortable, clean and included many amenities. Easy communication with owner. We needed nothing but groceries! Very close to Trader Joes, shopping, hiking, etc. Convenient location and nice backyard seating area and pool, which we used almost every day. We hope to stay again!

Great Girls Weekend!

I have a lot of experience both hosting and using vacation rentals and David's space is awesome!! I could not stop commenting on his attention to detail. Everything you could need was there and easy to find. The decor and furnishings made it comfortable without being "too much." The pool was perfect and the location could not have been better. I highly recommend!
