Treat yourself and your family and friends to a stay in our professionally decorated 1,700 sq. ft. home. Enjoy the privacy of the back yard overlooking the natural preserve with the mountains in the background while barbecuing a delicious steak. You can challenge your friends to a game of foosball or air hockey in our new games room. If you prefer to get out and about in the community, then you may use the bicycles and sporting equipment that is provided for your use. Bike tires occasionally get punctured by cactus needles. Extra tubes are located on the desk in garage, air is available at Shell station on Elliot Road near Safeway.


Just relax or enjoy the many nearby activities. See the Indians and Reds play ball in spring training, watch fast paced Nascar at Phoenix International Raceway, or catch the Coyotes playing your favorite hockey team. There are two great golf courses nearby and many more within a short drive.

During your stay you will be conveniently located for day-tripping to beautiful Sedona, Lake Havasu City to see the London Bridge, and you are next to Estrella Mountain Regional Park for hiking and biking. The Grand Canyon is a must see.

For those who need specialized cancer treatment, we are conveniently located only 17 minutes away from the Cancer Treatment Centers of America, Western Regional Medical Center. We can provide a relaxing and quiet retreat during your treatment period. There is lots of room for your supportive family members or companions.

For a small added fee, you can enjoy the residence center with swimming pools, water park, fitness and aerobics center, all overlooking one of two catch and release fishing lakes.

For stays of a month or more a housekeeping visit is required for each two week period. Additional charges will apply based on the amount of work required by housekeepers to maintain the house in its rentable condition, guests can save additional cleaning charges by maintaining residence cleanliness.

Solar- electric panels were added in 2016 to contribute to AZ power needs.

We had a few minor hiccups upon arrival but the issues were handled quickly and friendly. We celebrated our family’s Thanksgiving week here and had a fantastic time. The pool and hot tub were enjoyed by all once my wife learned the intricacies of the remote control. Neighborhood is mostly quiet except you are a few doors down from the main road that runs thru the subdivision. We would definitely come back.

Family Fun

We had a great time in PHX and the house was a great choice. House is close to Safeway and a Starbucks. About a 25 minute drive to fun activities. Only a few minute drive to hiking and parks. Outside pool/spa area was great. One of the more “lived in” houses we have rented, but they had what we needed. Recommend staying here.

Christmas holiday vacation

My family and I stayed here for the holidays with my golden retriever. The host left a little gift basket of holiday goodies and a Christmas tree for my daughter and I to decorate which was really sweet. The size of the house was perfect for us. The master bedroom was very large and the house had three more bedrooms. My 4 year old enjoyed the garage which was turned into a games room and had a little bike, scooter, sidewalk chalk, and a box of random toys. My favorite part of the stay was the backyard. The hot tub and pool were heated and worked great. The desert view was beautiful. The neighborhood was safe and easy to get around. I would take my dog for long walks on the Corgett trail that was located by the house and led to a very nice lake area. My only negative note is I personally found the master bed difficult to sleep on because it was too soft for me and I wish it had a warmer duvet. Overall, we had an enjoyable and smooth stay!

Great property in a great location

I apologize Lee. I was sure I already left a review of your beautiful home. The property was exactly as described. Very clean, very roomy and the outside space is gorgeous and well maintained. The pool was just what we needed during July in Arizona. My grandson lives for basketball and having a hoop next to the pool made his time with us even more fun. Our host, Lee was very easy to work with. After using the pool I decided to wash the towels, that’s when I noticed that the dryer although heating was not turning. Clearly I was not going to continue to use it and possibly burn the towels but cause a fire. I contacted Lee who had his local property manager come over and look at it and it was determined that the belt probably went. Well, Lee was on it and a brand new dryer was delivered the very next day. I would highly recommend this property if you are looking for a place to stay in a beautiful community.

Spring Training in the Desert

Very much enjoyed our stay! Awesome back yard/pool area. Great way to spend the day after visiting the ballpark-and on the days we did not go to games. Great backyard view to watch the sunsets/quiet neighborhood. Kitchen had everything we needed (very nice update) since we did most meals at the house. Great location!

Great Getaway Home

A Must Stay Location

This home is absolutely lovely! We had zero issues and loved every minute of our stay. The home is well stocked and well laid out with comfortable furniture and plenty of seating. We were able to enjoy the outdoor everyday even though it’s winter months. Coming from a much colder location the mid 60 degree temps were perfect for sunning out by the pool. And the cool evenings made the hot tub a dream. We watched a couple rabbits scurry through the yard and even had a friendly road runner stop by for a visit. The private nature preserve behind the homes added to the ambiance of an amazing desert retreat and the homeowners Lee & Grace were very responsive. We VRBO vacation 3 or 4 times a year and I can honestly say this home was one of the best we’ve stayed in the last 10 years.

Property is located in quiet community with beautiful decor. Outside area is pleasant with gazebo pool with waterfall and spa. Beds are comfortable and newly decorated kitchen is a wonderful addition.

Excellent 2nd Visit!

This was our second time at this great property; we stayed for the first time in October of 2020. We were greeted to the same clean, well-kept, spacious home as before - but with a truly great upgrade in the kitchen! The extra cabinet space and new stove/oven were a fantastic addition, and the remodel definitely “spruces up” the place in a noticeable way. We stayed for two weeks this trip, and got in the pool every day for a few hours to read and relax. There were a couple small issues with the pool (as can happen at anytime with a complicated mechanical setup), but the owner and management folks were very responsive and helpful. The owner, Lee, even got on the phone with various pool folks and then called us to walk us through a “fix” for an issue so we didn’t have to wait more than 24 hours for the pool company to send someone out! The pool itself is amazing - we especially enjoy the waterfall feature, as it makes the whole experience feel like being at an oasis. We truly loved our time here, and recommend this location to anyone looking for a peaceful, private stay. We hope to return soon!

2nd Visit As Great As The First

This is our second stay at Lee's home and we have already booked our 3rd. We were able to spend most our time in beautiful backyard on this adventure. From the spa to the pergola and the pool to the patio furniture, it's like your own private little resort. The home has everything thing to make your stay feel like a home away from home! We look forward to our next visit.

Great Stay

My husband and I, our son, his wife and children 4 and 2 stayed at the house for spring training. It was perfect for us. House and furniture were such that we were constantly worried about the kids damaging something. The pool was great. Lovely parks in the area. We'd stay again.

Enjoyable

Had a great time. Kitchen well stocked. Purchased grapefruit and oranges at u pick. We were able to juice some and enjoy. Great appliance at the home. Plenty of dishes and pans to make all our meals at the house. Plenty of room for our family to enjoy the house. Pool area very nice and kids enjoyed hours of swimming and playing. Backyard Paradise

We totally enjoyed our stay in this backyard paradise. The hot tub and pool with waterfall were so luxurious and relaxing. We also appreciated the fully stocked kitchen with a coffee bar and updated appliances. The owners were very responsive and helpful! This place is a winner!

An amazing home in an amazing community!

We had a wonderful stay! Not only is the property wonderful, but Lee the owner is a great communicator, plus quick to respond which helped make our stay great. It was just the two of us, but the layout of the home would be great for a family or 2 couples. Two bedrooms with a bath are at the front of the home and the primary suite is in the rear. The brand new kitchen is beautiful and offers everything you need to eat inside or out. The backyard is perfect! From the pool and spa, to the loungers and pergola we enjoyed it greatly. We were in AZ during a chilly week, so the only thing that would make it even better would be an outdoor heater. The location of this property is in a small resort-style community. We mountain biked and hiked every day as access is less than a block away. We have already booked our next stay!

The location is definitely in a nice neighborhood

The property is undergoing kitchen renovation, which was still accessible/ useable , but the walking pathway from the door through the kitchen was covered with cardboard protector plastered onto the floor.. Overall , our stay was ok but should have renovation completed instead of renting out during the renovation, as the place feels dusty with all the artificial plants inside the house and thick dark drapes. The property has a lot of potentials but the outdated decor and dark upholstered furnitures are simply eye sore.. Semi finished kitchen was great with a bit of adventure trying to find the switch for the sink grinder - which did not have a “switch” to turn on & off but to plug in and plug out the electric cord underneath the sink . We took care of the house and kept it clean from start to the end. I think if renovation been completed and discarding those artificial plants, dark heavy drapes .. this would be a perfect place to stay while at west valley side of AZ .. the house is equipped with everything , including household supplies this was also a plus about this place ..
