BBQ grill, chef's kitchen, multiple out door patios, gas fireplace inside, cornhole and many other games on property. You will be in central phoenix and less than 10 minutes away from multiple choices for fine dining. You can also walk from the property to a sports bar, breakfast, pizza, subs, coffee shop which all are short block away just down the hill. The views and location within the city associated with this property are magnificent. You can walk 2 minutes away and hike Lookout Mountain Trailhead. Sedona is less than 90 minutes away. The property is very centrally located so getting to all major sporting events is never more than 15 minutes away (Diamondbacks, Suns, Cardinals, Coyotes, Sun Devils, Grand Canyon College, Phoenix Open Golf, Spring Training Baseball). Both Barrett Jackson and Mecum car auction events are also held just 15 minutes away. Even Old Town Scottsdale is only 15 minutes away!!
