Guests: A maximum of 14 guests is permitted in the house.

Pool heating: Please note, pool heating is available for an additional fee ($75/night; with a minimum of 2 nights or $150) during non-summer months (Nov-Apr), and heating is turned off in other months.

Pets: Cats are not allowed, and there is a pet fee of $150 per pet. Pet approval is handled on a case-by-case basis and will depend on factors such as breed, weight, and shedding. Additional cleaning fees may apply based on the specific circumstances.

Important: Please note that the hot tub is no longer listed as an amenity for Cactus Home. You are welcome to use it if it happens to be clean and available during your stay, but we cannot guarantee its condition or availability.
