Beautiful home in a nice area. The backyard, in particular, is a small paradise. The game room is well equipped. The putting green is a nice addition. The house is showing a little wear and tear. The home theater could use an update. There is DirectTV and a decent selection of DVD’s. An option to stream on the living room TV would be nice. Same with the master bedroom. The other bedrooms had tv’s with streaming apps. These are nitpicking items in the big picture. It’s a very nice house and I’d recommend staying there.

Great property with an amazing location!

This is our second time staying at this property and my entire family had a wonderful stay! There were many upgrades since we stayed her last and we all felt so comfortable staying here. The amenities were great, the pool is perfect, and there was plenty of room for us all to have our own space but enjoy time together. The location of the house is perfect and nearby so many great restaurants! Needless to say, we’ll be back!!

Excellent all around.

4 Geezers on our annual Super Bowl weekend golf trip. Management was easy and through on the communication from start to finish. Lots of room to spread out in the houses for privacy. Kitchen was well equipped. Golf practice area was a bonus. Great central location with easy access to groceries. Zero complaints.

Paradise Valley beauty

We spent a week at this beautiful property. The amenities were just as advertised and the check-in process was very easy. The property manager Andrew was very responsive throughout our stay. The backyard was beautiful and it was very easy to heat the pool or the spa on demand when necessary. The game room was an extra perk and provided a private oasis for our youngest who is a 16-year-old.The neighborhood is very picturesque and close to everything that Scottsdale has to offer. It is close to grocery stores, various hikes, and multiple restaurants. The home is well-maintained overall and the kitchen is nicely appointed with top appliances and very well stocked cupboards.We only had a few small kinks during our stay. The propane-powered heaters in the backyard are older and do not work correctly. The water feature in the yard was not operative and that was disappointing. On our final day, we lost all Wi-Fi access and it could not be restored, even despite multiple attempts at resetting the modem. Despite the small hiccups, it was still an incredible stay and we would happily return to this property for a future vacation. This property ishighly recommend recommended!

Thanksgiving week with family

Wonderful week with 3 generations of family. House was well located for get togethers with other family in area. Lots of room for all both inside and out. Pool/hot tub and game room in guest house were enjoyed by everyone Particularly enjoyed the kitchen with great appliances and well equipped. Team of Eric and Andrew helped make it a wonderful experience and responded promptly to any questions/issues as needed. We would love to rent the property again for another family gathering in future.

Family wedding party

My wife and I wanted a place big enough for immediate family attending our daughter’s wedding at the Hermosa Inn. The house was perfect and had everything we need to relax before and after the wedding. All communication, check-in, and check-out process was very easy. We really enjoyed the pool and the Sonia sound system. We had a memorable time that will last forever!

Wonderful Vacation Home

We had a very enjoyable stay at this lovely vacation home. The house is just as described and very comfortable. We enjoyed the pool and outdoor dining area. Although there were just two of us, this house would be great for a large group or family. Andrew was very responsive to our questions. Highly recommend this property!
