Upon check in, the staff had trouble running cc for $100 hold which includes a $10 parking they do not disclose until check in. Bank said they approved it twice and on speaker told the staff member it was an issue on their side- not a credit balance or other issue. They would not take cash either. While we waited for them to contact manager, 2 of the earlier check ins came back and said their keys weren’t working TWICE. She sent them to wait by their door for maintenance to check in 110 degree weather. My CC card customer service was on listening the whole time and suggested I cancel reservation as even they expressed their dismay.
