  • Stay at this perfect 1 bed 1 bath condo that is walking distance to old town and the entertainment district. Walk to the mall and shop as well as fine dine and entertainment. Close to everything that Scottsdale has to offer. Swim in the pools relax on the porch and enjoy the BBQ. On site Laundry and parking. Sleeps four and has parking as well as other amenities. Enjoy the internet and the new 65 inch tv. Three day minimum stay and long term discounts available.

Check in was easy. The apartment was very clean. It had everything we needed. We would definitely stay there again. If you have trouble with going up and down stairs this would not be the place for you. If that’s not an issue, I would highly recommend this place.

We had a great stay. The complex is pet friendly with free pet waste stations. The condo provided everything we needed, is in a great location close to Scottsdale, and communication with the host was quick and easy.

Comfortable stay

Good location within walking distance to mall, food, community center. Had great water pressure with very nice shower, comfortable bed and living room furniture, big TV. Made good use of the pool and outdoor space.

The condo is great. It was clean. Good location and easy to get everywhere. The pools were nice. The host was easy to contact if there was any problems.

Great Stay from January 12 - 25, 2025

If you're a couple looking for a condo for a few days or a few months, this is it. Felt like home the minute we walked in, so cozy and comfortable. A great location, very quiet, close to everything. Walked many times to Old Town, mall, restaurants. The pools and area are very nice also. Ken sent us the door codes and information, well in advance and everything worked out as it should of.

Came here to watch a friend who was in a men’s senior baseball tournament. Nice little vacation for me, close to the waterfront, close to very nice upscale stores. What more could you ask clean and tidy

We have rented other units in the same location and this was by far the best due to the great communication, check in ease, cleanliness, comfy bed and the overall comfortable vibe of the condo. One of our best trips to Scottsdale yet. Thank you Ken!!!!!

Great value!

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this second-story condo. The location is terrific and right across the street from a very nice fashion mall. Unit was clean and well laid out. Water pressure was great and HVAC worked well. Nice furnishings and a comfortable bed! Highly recommend as a terrific value in Scottsdale!

The unit was okay and well furnished. It was clean so I’m assuming someone did the cleaning. The patio didn’t look like it got much attention. Just closed the shades and didn’t go out there. We did like that it was close to everything and easy to get around. We had to fix slow drain in shower first thing and we had to use some liquid plumber that was under the sink but we did replace it as requested per the rules of the condo. The shower is set up poorly for ppl with disabilities. My husband is an above the knee amputee so the not being able to open the shower door where the faucet was located was an irritating situation. He had to adjust the temperature of the water while he sat in the shower. I took the paper towel and TP off the dispenser and replaced with mine so I wouldn’t need to at the end of our stay. I did strip the bed and put towels in the shower. I would have washed if there had been a washer/dryer provided in unit. You really have a decent condo but the requests at checkout were a little over the top. Oh and I didn’t realize we were on the second floor and no elevator. That was really hard for my husband. That’s why I wouldn’t stay there again.

Scottsdale Condo Stay

It was our second stay at this property. We have gone down to Scottsdale the last two year to participate in the MSBL World Series Tournament. It was everything we needed. Centrally located, clean, safe and quiet. It is much more comfortable and roomier than staying in a hotel room for 10 days. We hope to return again next year for our third stay. Owners Ken and Carol have a great place and respond quickly to questions and needs. Highly recomened this Condo to others.

THE BEST STAY IN ARIZONA EVER!!

My wife and I had an amazing time at Ken's condo. The location is 2nd to none. Across the street from the best shopping in all of Arizona and walking distance to Old Town. The unit was nicely appointed and extremely quiet. Everyone was friendly and the pools were heated and a stones throw from our condo. In addition, Ken could not have been any nicer. When you add everything up staying at this unit was one of the best decisions we ever made!

Great place in the middle of EVERYTHING!

Ken, your place was a wonderful break from our daily lives. We enjoyed being close to literally everything. Anyone staying here be sure to try Ingo's, La Grande Orange, Vecina and Rehab Burger. Place was very convenient, close to pool and laundry. Quiet area with so much to do. We ran into a few little issues with the WiFi and Ken was very helpful and readily available. Thanks again for a great place to stay where we didn't feel like we had to break the bank! Very affordable. We will be back!!!

Scottsdale

Great and convenient location, the accomadation itself is dated, furniture needs attention. The balcony was very small. The pool was nice to go along with beautiful weather. This was the first and hopefully the last time that I was instructed to launder the sheets- at my cost as well as replace anything I used?? Toilet paper ect. In my opinion I paid a cleaning fee and this should be part of it.
