This Lakefront property is less than 10 minutes away from Spring Training facilities, State Farm Stadium, Golfing and so much more! Come stay at a home that provides luxury living with top amenities!

The home includes a backyard retreat fully equipped with games, a putting green, paddle boat and pool/whirpool (can be heated for addt'| fee) for everyone to enjoy. We also supply fishing poles for those of you who want to give it a try from the dock! There is an indoor game room that includes a pool table, XBox, and a sit-down multi-game arcade unit, as well as a variety of board and card games.

THE PROPERTY
This lakefront home includes 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. It includes a kitchen, dining room, family room and game room.

The beautiful floor plan has views of the lake and mountains from the kitchen, family room and master bedroom. The kitchen is equipped with the necessary cooking utensils and there is enough seating for everyone to enjoy meals together.

The family room and game room are each outfitted with large 65" TV's if you decide on a movie night.

The home comes stocked with a limited supply of your standard necessities such as paper towel, toilet paper, bath towels, beach towels, bath soap, shampoo, conditioner, laundry detergent and coffee pods.

THE LOCATION
This fantastic location is close to shopping, entertainment, restaurants, hiking and golf courses. Some of the most sought-after attractions include Six Flags, Hurricane Harbor Waterpark, MLB Spring Training facilities/stadiums, AZ Cardinals Stadium/State Farm Stadium, Westgate and Arrowhead Malls/Entertainment District, Desert Diamond Arena, Camelback Ranch - just to name a few!

*There is a $60 per day charge to heat the pool/hot tub. If you are not interested in having the pool heated, please let me know at the time of reservation.
*Parties, gatherings and events are NOT allowed at any time.
*No swimming in the lake and no feeding wildlife (HOA RULE).
Feel free to fish (catch & release) right from our dock!
*No smoking inside home
*No pets are allowed
*Pool depth ranges from 4ft to 7ft deep. Due to the depth of the pool, children should be observed at all times.
*Access to the home is through a keyless entry.
There are two exterior cameras (one at the back of the house near the pool/dock, a Ring doorbell camera at the front door, and a camera overlooking the driveway. This is for safety and insurance purposes. It is not to invade your privacy.

The host was wonderful, excellent communication, and very accommodating. She handled our early check‑in request quickly and kept us updated throughout our stay. The location of this property and the surrounding community is truly outstanding, and the home is beautifully decorated and well-equipped. We also loved the pool table, game room, the large and beautiful pool, and the fantastic putting green. The outdoor seating areas were perfect for relaxing in the sun. It seems that the property was likely exceptional when it was first established, and with a bit of refreshing, it could easily return to that level. Some areas show signs of normal wear that can come with being a long‑term vacation rental. The exterior of the home, particularly the back side, could benefit from routine cleaning and pressure washing. The back patio has older outdoor carpeting and a faded rug that doesn’t quite match the otherwise lovely outdoor amenities. The dock felt like it might need an inspection, and the paddle boat had cobwebs and dirt. Inside the home, the carpeting in the dining area, hallways, and bedrooms felt a bit dated. Overall, we truly enjoyed our stay and very much appreciated the host’s responsiveness and hospitality.

Everything was fantastic! We had 4 adults and 2 kids ranging from 3 years old to 66 years old, everyone had a great time. Some highlights of the property included the pool/hot tub, putting green, yard games, and the indoor game room. Stacy is extremely easy to communicate with. We would definitely stay here again or at another one of Stacy's properties.

We were a group of 3 adults and 4 kids (10 and under) and we had plenty of space at this home. The host was very helpful and always responded quickly. We were in town primarily for Spring Training and it was such a convenient place to stay to get to and from the Peoria Sports Complex and training facility. The pool and spa was a nice relaxing way to spend our evenings. I would say the lighting in the house needs some updates as it was very dark in some areas and there really wasn't a great place for a group to lounge as seating areas were pretty small inside and outside around the pool. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would definitely book again!

The house is light and bright with a pool and hot tub and right on a lake. It was lovely to watch the birds come and go and enjoy sunrise and sunset from the pool and patio area. The neighborhood is really nice, beautiful homes and yards, very quiet, and great for walking. I would stay again.

This property is amazing. A nice little oasis in the desert!!! We were there for a baseball tournament for my son, but his own private fishing dock stole the show for him!!! Thr property was nice, there was spider in the kitchen-not a big deal. We found ants the first night in the bedroom with the bunk beds- they led to cant wrapper under the bed on the floor. Wonderful, relaxing and peaceful

I came down to Phoenix with a few buddies of mine for a golf tournament and stayed at this property. The actual property looked exactly like the listing which is a bonus for us because in our experience, that’s not always been the case. The property was extremely clean and the pool outside was extremely peaceful. The most impressive part for myself was the ease of checkin and the attentiveness of the hostess which was exceptional. I would love to stay here again on my next trip to Phoenix

Amazing place to stay

Beautiful Vacation Home

The home was great, location was perfect, and the house offered many amenities. It was exactly what we were looking for during our visit to see spring training baseball. The owner also thought of all the small details for a family renting for the week. We would stay at the property again.
