This Lakefront property is less than 10 minutes away from Spring Training facilities, State Farm Stadium, Golfing and so much more! Come stay at a home that provides luxury living with top amenities!

The home includes a backyard retreat fully equipped with games, a putting green, paddle boat and pool/whirpool (can be heated for addt'| fee) for everyone to enjoy. We also supply fishing poles for those of you who want to give it a try from the dock! There is an indoor game room that includes a pool table, XBox, and a sit-down multi-game arcade unit, as well as a variety of board and card games.

THE PROPERTY
This lakefront home includes 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. It includes a kitchen, dining room, family room and game room.

The beautiful floor plan has views of the lake and mountains from the kitchen, family room and master bedroom. The kitchen is equipped with the necessary cooking utensils and there is enough seating for everyone to enjoy meals together.

The family room and game room are each outfitted with large 65" TV's if you decide on a movie night.

The home comes stocked with a limited supply of your standard necessities such as paper towel, toilet paper, bath towels, beach towels, bath soap, shampoo, conditioner, laundry detergent and coffee pods.

THE LOCATION
This fantastic location is close to shopping, entertainment, restaurants, hiking and golf courses. Some of the most sought-after attractions include Six Flags, Hurricane Harbor Waterpark, MLB Spring Training facilities/stadiums, AZ Cardinals Stadium/State Farm Stadium, Westgate and Arrowhead Malls/Entertainment District, Desert Diamond Arena, Camelback Ranch - just to name a few!

By booking with us, you acknowledge all rules and guidelines.

*There is a $60 per day charge to heat the pool/hot tub. If you are not interested in having the pool heated, please let me know at the time of reservation.
*Parties, gatherings and events are NOT allowed at any time.
*No swimming in the lake and no feeding wildlife (HOA RULE).
Feel free to fish (catch & release) right from our dock!
*No smoking inside home
*No pets are allowed
*Pool depth ranges from 4ft to 7ft deep. Due to the depth of the pool, children should be observed at all times.
*Access to the home is through a keyless entry.
There are two exterior cameras (one at the back of the house near the pool/dock, a Ring doorbell camera at the front door, and a camera overlooking the driveway. This is for safety and insurance purposes. It is not to invade your privacy.

Wonderful, relaxing and peaceful

I came down to Phoenix with a few buddies of mine for a golf tournament and stayed at this property. The actual property looked exactly like the listing which is a bonus for us because in our experience, that’s not always been the case. The property was extremely clean and the pool outside was extremely peaceful. The most impressive part for myself was the ease of checkin and the attentiveness of the hostess which was exceptional. I would love to stay here again on my next trip to Phoenix

Amazing place to stay

Highly recommend this Vrbo. It was the best. We loved the pool, house, and all the fun things this place had to offer. Very relaxing and quiet neighborhood and close to great restaurants and activities. Management was great too.

Lovely house perfect for family spring break

The house was much larger than expected with great gaming area for kids, kitchen/living room for family movie night, pool and hot tub for relaxing and a lovely serene view. The host was very responsive in communication and our stay was easy and relaxing.

Beautiful Vacation Home

The home was great, location was perfect, and the house offered many amenities. It was exactly what we were looking for during our visit to see spring training baseball. The owner also thought of all the small details for a family renting for the week. We would stay at the property again.

Very fun

My kids had a blast here. There was so much to do. Pool, paddle boat, fishing, pool table, golfing. My kids even caught a fish! The beds were comfortable. Bathrooms were very clean. We Will definitely stay here again.

Absolutely Amazing!!!

We had the pleasure of staying at this amazing house over a long weekend. First impression was a beautiful house in a beautiful, safe, quiet neighborhood. The inside of the house was bright, welcoming and comfortable. We were so impressed with how clean the house was inside and out! The game room was perfect for our “young adult” children. The family room was comfortable watching TV at night. The bedrooms were very comfortable and the beds were cozy. The back “yard” was awesome! The pool and hot tub were a perfect temperature. Fishing off the back deck was a big hit with the boys! Our 1st day here a brand new paddle boat arrived, which was so fun to cruise around the lake! Stacy was incredibly responsive with all communication! She allowed an early check in, answered all questions and even gave great recommendations for restaurants in the area. We highly recommend this house and will most definitely be back!

A great week in Glendale

We had a great week at this house in Glendale. The location was great, it was a nice quiet neighborhood, and my kids loved having the pool right in the backyard to jump into. We were all sad when it was time to leave.

A few negatives like a grill that had to be replaced and a paddle boat too dirty to use makes this review a four star rather than a five star. However, the location, pool, and other amenities like the putting green and game room made our stay a lot of fun. Also, the new owner, Stacy was very responsive to our concerns.

Wonderful home that had everything you would need or want

This house was set up well. The owner has thought of every detail and provided tons of extras that prevent anyone from getting bored. A nice quiet neighborhood and being located on the man made lakes is unique. The owner is super responsive and helpful. Highly recommend.

Perfect VRBO

We had a fabulous stay! Communication with owner was awesome; check-in process and check-out process was very easy! Home was perfect! We loved having our own pool; the pool was a great size, was very clean, and was heated to the perfect temperature. The home is very, very clean and has everything you need!! The beds are also extremely comfortable!! The home is in a very nice quiet neighborhood. We would 100 percent recommend this home to anyone and will definitely be back!!!

Great stay, beautiful neighborhood

Communication with Stacy was fabulous; rooms, beds, bathrooms all very nice; the Keurig with coffee pods ready-to-go saved my caffeine headache the first day we arrived 😊, kitchen was stocked well- we cooked and grilled a couple of meals, putting green/pool/game room we're tons of fun for our family of 7. Our only disappointment was that the pool was not as warm as we had anticipated, which cut down our swimming time. We would certainly stay here again!

Peaceful and relaxing

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and the chain of lakes is so lovely. We were looking for a mix of nice weather and some ability to virtually work and that was easily accomplished. Stacy was a fantastic property manager and very responsive which is so appreciated. We would recommend as a lovely getaway location.
