  • Summary:

    Welcome to our Fountain Hills oasis! Perched onto a luscious hillside, you will enjoy this 5,285 sqft. estate with large window views from all areas of the house that back to an expansive arroyo with sweeping views of the valley. Kick off your vacation by spacing out amongst the scenic backyard, complete with the pool overlooking the hillside, firepit for cocktails & conversation, a built-in barbecue with bar seating, and abundant lounging throuhgout the well-manicured backyard.



    The Space:

    Our home offers 5 bedrooms and 5 full bathrooms throughout the 2 level home. Enter the home on the upper level that contains spacious gathering areas such as the dining room, kitchen, upper living room, 2 bedrooms & 3 full bathrooms. The master bedroom (upper level) offers a fireplace, jacuzzi bathtub and access to a patio overlooking the heated* saltwater pool. The perfect setup for a magnificent getaway. 



    As you make your way downstairs, you will find perfect entertainment areas for the whole group. The lower level offers open living space with a fireplace, pool table and a wet bar for entertaining. Don’t miss the classic Pac-man style arcade game with hundreds of vintage games! Catch the game or keep up with your shows by using any of the 7 HD televisions throughout the home. The final 3 bedrooms can be found on the lower level, along with 2 more full bathrooms. 



    Whether you enjoy relaxing times inside or catching the sun outside, this luscious home in the hills will have you never wanting to leave!

    There is an additional charge of $150 per night to heat the pool (3 night minimum).

Beautiful Home

This place was awesome for our family Easter get away. All 4 couples had their own rooms and bathrooms. The pool and outside area was where we spent most of our time. I would highly recommend this place.

Phenomenal house

Great experience, property is exceptional. Great views from lower and upper patios. Spacious home well appointed and comfortable. Pool is awesome. We throughly enjoyed staying here.

This location was fantastic with breathtaking views! The home was lovely, very clean and a well stocked kitchen. The pool area was amazing, spend a lot of time out there. We will be back!

This was an amazing property for our family, especially for the holidays! Everything was neat as a pin! The separation of space for various families and young adults was perfect! The outdoor patios, deck, and pool areas were perfect for gathering. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. The pool table in the lower level was a favorite for all! Last, but not least, were the spectacular views, framed by the many large Picture windows. We would recommend this property to anyone!

Fantastic home!

I stayed here with my siblings and their spouses for my retirement trip. The home was fantastic! Beautiful home, beautiful views, beautiful pool!! The home was well equipped and very spacious! We would definitely rent it again!

Absolutely stunning home

This pics do not do this beautiful home justice. We were so excited to stay here and when we walked in we were instantly impressed but the enormity of this gorgeous home. We had so much fun for the week we were here! We will be back for sure!

Cactus Cup 2025

This house was the perfect base of operations for our MTB race team during the Cactus Cup race this year. The house is absolutely wonderful with more room than we anticipated. The property is relatively close to all that Fountain Hills has to offer. The place was convenient, quiet and well maintained. Thank you for the wonderful experience.

Family Get Together

We loved this house! The house is beautiful! The location is perfect for being close to the city and activities, but also far enough away from the city to enjoy the calm of a smaller town. Communication was awesome! The property management got back to my questions right away. Would recommend this listing to Al of my friends and family.

Spacious Luxury Home

Our expectations were surpassed by this beautiful home with plenty of space for our group to spread out when required, or all be together at times as well. Common areas on both floors are large enough to hold a decent sized gathering, and there are plenty of outdoor options as well. Highly recommended.

Fantastic, roomy house with great swimming pool

Comfortable living area and very nice amenities. There was way more space than our family of 6 could fully utilize and we felt it was more than sufficient space for even 10-12 people comfortably. Despite being in the middle of a neighborhood, we felt there was nice privacy for our family while out on the patio/pool area. The location was also convenient for getting to the very nice local golf courses (all within a 12 minute drive in Fountain Hills). We would recommend the home to other families looking for an AZ getaway.

Perfect Retreat

Beautiful home with all the amenities and perfect for families. There was plenty of room to spread out and also great gathering areas. The heated pool was comfortable even though the temperature hovered around 60 degrees outside. The pool table, board games and video games were fun too. The location is in a quiet neighborhood with easy access to great hiking spots. The kitchen was fully equiped and we had everything we needed to prepare meals. Excellent stay!

Amazing!

I spent my birthday here with 10 other guests and we all had a great time. The house was even more beautiful than the pictures and so spacious. We did have a minor issue with one of the showers, but after reaching out to the host, everything was fixed and the communication was perfect. The host was so accommodating and helpful. The location of the home is pretty far from all the activities I planned, but it was so worth it to have a beautiful home in a quiet and well maintained neighborhood. I would most definitely stay here again.

Arizona’ paradise

We came as a group of seven for celebration of life for my twin sister. I have never did a Vrbo so this was my first experience. If this is like any other rental, I will do this again. The place is immaculate. And the host responds immediately. Had a small problem with no hot water in the primary sweep. I called her and they had somebody out with a half an hour. Problem solved.. The whole process was a breeze, which was so nice because this was a stressful situation. Will definitely do this again. I think we will rent this place once a year just to get all of our family together. The pictures are exactly what this house looks like. Thank you so much for the use of your house.
