Renovated WATERSLIDE private Heated pool with Spa Golf Course on-call service

We renovated the pool in December 2024 PRIVATE HEATED POOL, 7ft WATERSLIDE AND HOTTUB (pool maintenance on call)with Covered outdoor living area for shade) Also, put new vinyl plank in this December. This 3 bedroom 2 bath 2000 sq. foot home has everything you will need to enjoy your stay on the 10th hole of Painted Mountain Golf course. The GAME ROOM has a foosball table, the original tabletop video game of Ms. PacMan (and most of the games from that era have been added also, like Donkey Kong), boardgames, and a very large big screen smart tv with hi speed internet. The backyard has beautiful flowering trees and palm trees which attracts a lot of different birds and butterflies. There is a privacy fence all the way around the home and it sits behind the tee box which provides safety from stray golf balls. No view of golf course however. Have fun roasting marshmallows on the tabletop firepit. Enjoy cooking outside with the grill and all the tools you'll need. The back patio is covered for a comfortable outdoor living space for sitting and dining with shade. There are floaties for the pool, pool towels, sunscreen, and bug spray. This home has high speed internet. There are SmartTv's , Netflix, HULU and Disney in the game room, living room, main bedroom and twin bedroom. The master bath has a soaking tub, full walk-in closet, smart tv and sitting area that overlooks the pool. The second room has a desk with an added vanity. The third bedroom has two twin beds plus it has smartv with light show. The kitchen has a walk-in pantry with all your needed appliances and common cooking ingredients, plus an eat in breakfast nook. There is a large livingroom with comfy couches and a dining room with even more comfortable sturdy chairs. Shampoo, body wash, conditioner, hair straightener and hair dryer all provided.This home has an attached garage for parking and a laundry room. Need baby gear during your stay? Great home and host. The heated pool and spa was great. The pool toys could be improved, but overall we had a great time. It was close to all the activities we wanted to do: hike at Superstition Mountain, ASU baseball game and Spring Training games.

This was a perfect place to stay! We had teen girls with us, and there was plenty of room for everyone, everything you could possibly need in the kitchen, extra blankets were easy to find, the game room was a huge hit, and the pool and all of the accessories were perfect. Communication was fantastic. We would definitely stay here again next time we visit Phoenix.

Mesa vacation

Wonderful house for a family with an awesome pool and spa. Great location close to several golf courses and fantastic hiking. Communication with the owner was the best we’ve ever experienced. This is the second time that we’ve stayed there.

My husband and I stayed with our 5 year old son for a week long vacation. We had never been to AZ before but this house proved to be a good location to everything we wanted to do. Many nearby hikes and easy to get to Phoenix. The house held us well and my son and husband loved the game room. I rented this particular house because of the pool/hot tub knowing my son would love the slide and heated pool. Unfortunately when we got there at 4:30pm the day of check in the pool maintenance was there and the pool was green. I contacted the owner and she said the previous renters left the heat on for a week in the pool and the guy would get it fixed. While I understand that is out of her control being states away, I think it should be a lesson learned to have your pool maintenance people there BEFORE check in and if there is a problem, to let your renters know before they walk in the door to a green pool. This was disappointing so I checked in with her everyday after that letting her know the pool was still green even though the pool maintenance had dumped gallons of chemicals in. I just kept hearing that it was the previous people’s fault and was even offered to move to a different house if I wasn’t happy by day 3. We checked in on Saturday and finally by Wednesday afternoon the pool was clear. We were refunded for the pool charges but still disappointing and I can’t leave 5 stars as I wouldn’t have chosen this house had I known we wouldn’t be able to use the pool for 1/2 the stay

We enjoyed our stay. The pool wasn’t clean but the pool guy had an emergency. The owner had him come back later and clean the pool. Everything else was great. The hair dryer was missing and a hair straightener. The owner thought we took it but I informed her that it was never there.

Great find

This is a very nice house in a great neighborhood on the golf course. We had the grandkids and they loved the pool. The temps were over 100f but didn't feel like it by the pool. The game room was a lot of fun as well. We are definitely going to use this property again when we visit Mesa!

Directions weren't very good and i got money taken out for not doing the check out stuff that there were no directions for. She also stated i locked the screen door which i did not so im not sure what happened there. She said the place was not clean but i guess thats what i thought a cleaning fee was for. Which when we showed up it was not clean.

Great Week

This home was perfect for our stay. Quiet neighborhood, easy access to many stores, close to freeways. Our grandkids, ages 8-12, enjoyed the pool with the slide, and the game room. The kitchen had just the right amount of small appliances and utensils, pots and pans to make our meals when we wanted to eat at home. Very clean and nicely laid floor plan. Very pleased with this home.

Great rental!

We rented this house for a few days so our oldest daughter could tour a college. We loved the entire area out back! It had plenty of seating areas, a hot tub and an awesome pool with a slide! Our kids loved the pool and we loved sitting out there! It was a nice neighborhood as well! Very quiet and close to everything. The host was extremely nice and helpful! We would definitely come back!

Not as advertised

My stay was not good. The hot tub was cold and the slide to the pool didn’t work and the pool was dirty when we got there. I called the host who called the pool guy that arrived some time later and stated the hot tub will not get hot for the duration of my trip because it’s broken as well as the pool lights. We were unable to use the pool at night. So we were either really hot in the daytime in the pool or swimming in the dark. Also there were ants everywhere! And the beds are pretty hard. I have back issues and it caused me great pain. I told the host I couldn’t find the doubled bed in living 1 and she asked why did I need it…… There is also a pet fee that wasn’t communicated until after we checked out and I can’t find it on the listing only that they are allowed. Luckily I had the insurance because she charged it. Honestly, I wish I knew the outside area was that way, I would have spent my money elsewhere.

Perfect Family Getaway

We were visiting Mesa for a family gathering. The location was perfect for our needs and was a short drive to the local shopping area. The pool was the main center of activity during our stay. Our daughter was in it for several hours and the outdoor seating made it great for us to watch her and relax. The kitchen was very well stocked with whatever you need to cook and the bedrooms were really great for our daughters' age ranges (6 and 14). Overall, a really great property.

Great location!

The location in Mesa was fantastic! Close to restaurants and grocery stores and easy access on and off the freeway. The pool and hot tub were great! Our boys enjoyed the arcade games too! The only downside of this property for us was that it is pet friendly (which is stated in the description) and it was obvious a dog had stayed there before us. Overall though, we had a good time!
