- We are committed to abiding by all state, county and city rules and regulations as well as protecting our properties. We've partnered with "Know Your Guest" (Superhog) the leading vacation rental guest-screening provider.



- Please note that before your booking begins, you will need to verify your details through Truvi / Know Your Guest and you will be receiving a message and/or email from Truvi.



- You will then be given the choice between paying a refundable deposit $200 or a damage waiver of $25.



- In compliance with City and State regulations, and to maintain the integrity of the neighborhood, we do NOT allow any large gatherings or parties. (Any unauthorized/unregistered vehicles or guests will result in immediate eviction with no refund of stay and complete banning from the booking channel where they completed the reservation. See house rules for more information.)



- Use of security cameras, noise-aware sensors, and valid neighbor noise complaints can be used against the booking individual and will lead to immediate eviction with NO REFUND and a ban from the channel where the booking was made.



- The maximum occupancy is 10. If there are more than 10 people at any time, or more than 3 vehicles at any time, you agree to forfeit the reservation (no refund) along with immediate eviction.



- We follow and abide by all rules by the city of Glendale, state of Arizona, and the booking channel and do NOT allow any Large Gatherings or Parties to maintain the integrity of the neighborhood and respect the families around us.



- The pool is NOT heated.



- A propane grill and tank are provided, and we refill the tank periodically. However, if a guest encounters the propane tank empty and wants to use the grill, the guest will have to refill or exchange it at Circle K or Walmart, and we will reimburse it. We personally like to go here, and the exchange of a tank is about $14. Firewood for the fire pit falls under the same guidelines.



- The city is very strict on this, and if you have any other unauthorized persons, over the max occupancy, or more than 3 cars, you are subject to forfeit your entire reservation.



- Cars may only be parked in the actual driveway, and/or one car fits in the garage. NO STREET PARKING ALLOWED.



NOTE: CBP temporarily suspends operations at Lukeville border. Travelers from Puerto Peñasco, Sonora, face a detour through Nogales or San Luis, causing an estimated 2-4 hour delay. Please plan accordingly and safe travels!
