GREAT condo rental conveniently located in Mesa/Phoenix

Our 1 Bedroom Wi-Fi equipped Condominium in Mesa, Arizona is well appointed and conveniently located close to several restaurants, and the Fiesta Mall. This second floor unit has been recently remodeled top to bottom and is clean and comfortable. The bedroom has a queen bed with new dressers and plenty of storage space in the walk-in closet. It also has a flat screen TV with cable channels and direct access to the private outdoor balcony. The living room feels very open, with it's vaulted ceiling and view of the balcony through the sliding glass door. The couch will also double as a queen sized pull out for additional overnight guests. The living room has a proportionately sized flat screen TV which is also easily viewed from the 5 seat high top breakfast room / dining area with matching buffet and wine rack. And finally, the laundry room, with full sized washer and dryer, and bathroom are both located between the bed and living rooms for easily shared guest access.

Nice condo with easy access to US-60

We spent two weeks here and it was perfect - clean and nicely furnished with everything we needed. It was very easy to get on to US-60 to go to all of the places we wanted to visit. Tana was wonderful. She always responded quickly to any questions and helped us with the tv when we had problems. We appreciated all of her help and enjoyed our stay very much.

Perefect for Us

Everything stated/advertised was accurate. Easy communication with host/condo manager. Convenient to restaurants, shopping, and travel in-and-around Phoenix area. Condo was clean, comfortable, fully stocked and did not lack for anything. Central air, cable TV, pool, hot tub, parking right in front, all definately plusses. Yes, I would stay here again.

Very Clean in Good Location

This is a really cute condo. Everything is very clean & tidy and the kitchen is well-stocked. I stayed for one month. The only issue i had was the Spectrum Wi-Fi was spotty. I did have to go to Panera a couple of times for meetings to get a strong signal. Communication with property manager and owner was excellent. They are quick and responsive. I'll stay here again on my return trip. ;)

We stayed for the month of February 2023 and it was a great place to stay. The condo had everything we needed for the month's stay. It was close to grocery stores (Walmart, Fry's, Albertson's), gas stations, restaurants. It was also close to the freeway so easy access to wherever we wanted to go. There were days we were at the condo so we joined the happy hour group by the pool from 3:00 to 5:00. Everyone was so friendly. There were days that were cool, so if it was too cold by the pool, we would have our beverages at another person's condo. I would highly recommend. February 2023

Convenient condo in the city.

Nice, but needs attention with mechanical homeowner’s maintenance. The dishwasher would not get the dishes clean. Some of the dishes in the cupboards were dirty. One electrical receptacle in the kitchen was loose in the wall. The kitchen light would flicker from time to time. The cloth dryer took an extra long time to dry a load of towels. Cupboards and dressers needed dusting.

little gem in messa

Location of the property is excellent for family adventures, sports fans, restaurants and shopping. We walked the neighborhood daily. Golfing nearby. The weather was outstanding eventhough they said it was the coolest November and December on record. The condo itself was lovely, comfortable chairs and beds. Excellent laundry in condo. The onsite manager was simply lovely. She attended to all our needs and sent a lovely Christmas gift to myself, daughter and grandaughter. The owner Bill was very easy to communicate with and very accomadating. Would recommend this little gem in Messa. oh the pool and hot tub very enjoyable. Clean facilities

Comfortable place

This place was great and the people we dealt with were very friendly. I would suggest a light over the kitchen sink. It was hard to see there to do dishes. Otherwise, everything was wonderful!

Perfect for a couple

Well equipped for a month-long stay. Quiet. Central location near major thoroughfares makes for easy day-trips even to Tucson or Sedona. Owner communicated well. We are already booked for next Winter.
