Fantastic location. Only 20 minutes to the airport. Minutes from downtown Scottsdale. Nice and clean and plenty of room. Air conditioning was really cold. Pool was nice and clean. Well stocked for our family. It was a great stay!

The poll was clean and maintained well for the week. Our stay was comfortable and ecstatically pleasing. We were disappointed in the cooking experience. The grill outside didn’t work and the coffee maker didn’t work well. We had to buy wine glasses which was surprising but overall the stay was enjoyable. The neighbourhood was quiet and in a good location.

The home owner made everything so simple and easy for us and our stay! The home was beautiful and it was a great fit for our stay!

The good: Overall this home was a good place to stay during my trip to Scottsdale. The neighborhood is quiet, the location close to the highway and other activities, and the pool was fantastic. The rental company was very responsive to emails.The not so good: Scottsdale Rentals have been alerted to the issues that impacted my stay in this home- mainly the very poorly stocked kitchen, with not enough dishes, glasses, or silverware for the number of people the home is supposed to be able to host. This is an issue that has been brought up by other reviewers as well, but as of yet has not been addressed. I am hoping to be able to attach a picture to this review.

Highly Recommended Stay near Phoenix!

Beautiful and Comfortable stay in the heat of summer. Fun pool time with plenty of spaces to visit and chat outside in the evening, or in the AC during the hottest part of the day.

Great girls getaway

Perfect size house for our group of 6! Backyard patio with shade and loved the tanning ledge in the pool.

Unfortunately our stay left a lot to be desired. The grass (or weeds) in the front yard were knee high. The smell upon entry can be a bit much, it has an old musty smell. The bath towels were stained brown, we ended up using the pool towels since they appeared cleaner. The lighting in the kitchen is low, especially at night when the skylight is dark. The furniture in the house is small, making the house appear bigger in the photos. The beds are comfortable but low to the ground, good luck if you’re taller. Overall, not a great stay - it needs cleaning, better lighting, and freshers towels plus a good lawn care service. Would not recommend.

Great house/location

The house was a great fit for our needs; close to a grocery store and the places we needed to be over the days we stayed; loved having the pool however didn't end up using it as it was chilly. House was clean, well stocked with towels for bathrooms & pool. Outdoor furniture was great, nice big table and 6 chairs as well as 2 lounge chairs for sun time.Kitchen is a little less than fully stocked - only 1 wine glass, more spoons than forks; the ad did say there was a toaster, unfortunately it was nowhere to be found. Messaged property manager but never heard back on whether one was being delivered. Left without having a toaster to use.

House smelled like Fabulouso trying to cover up marijuana, except the back bathroom which stunk like sulfur. The kitchen cabinets wouldn’t even close all the way because they are so cheap. There were about 3 pots/pans and a few plates and glasses. Kitchen smelled like fried food. The vacuum was still in the pool with its 2 hoses running through the pool. When asked about that I was told the vacuum had to stay in the pool. That is a major drowning risk for kids! We did nothing in the house but look around and leave. Was told by the company since we walked in the front door there was nothing they could do about a partial refund even. We had it booked for 3 nights/4 days and had to get a hotel on top of that charge. 0 stars. Also, the house next door was foreclosed and the whole neighborhood was sketchy. The front yard is all weeds that they do not mow, obviously. No wonder there are no pictures of the front of the house. Lesson learned. The tv was all in Spanish. There was no way 2 ladies and 2 kids felt safe in the house or the area.
