This 2BR/1BA vintage gem features original details, a private fenced yard, gazebo, and outdoor dining area. Full of history and character, it’s the perfect retreat for exploring Phoenix arts, culture, and nightlife while enjoying cozy, dog-friendly comfort.

Welcome to your home away from home. Our historic Pueblo Revival is the perfect spot for relaxing, walking to get a bite to eat or enjoying local community art. Step inside into the bright and airy living room complete with original fireplace (decoration only)! Turn on the candles in the fireplace for some ambiance while watching your favorite movie or show on our 55 inch Roku TV.



Enjoy a meal with friends or family in our dining room donned with original Norwegian rosemaling (rose-painting) artwork displayed in the built-in hutch. We have a miniature baby grand piano for our little guests to serenade the adults while they eat.



The kitchen has been nicely upgraded and features a microwave, coffeepot, hot water kettle. magic bullet/blender, toaster, gas stove with oven, and full-sized refrigerator. There are ample plates, glasses, silverware and kitchen items. On the far end of the kitchen is a brand-new full-sized Samsung front-load washer and dryer for guest use. We provide laundry pods and dryer sheets.



Blue Agave bedroom ~ the Blue Agave bedroom features a pillow-top queen bed, ceiling fan, closet with a luggage rack, bedside table with lamp and linens nook. The Blue Agave bedroom does connect to the bathroom. There is a locking door between the bedroom and bathroom.



Pink Agave bedroom ~ the pink agave bedroom also features a pillow-top queen bed, closet with hanging rack, extra blankets, a pack-and play for or littlest of guests, and nightstand with lamp.



The bathroom has full-size tub with shower, sink, toilet, soap, shampoo, conditioner and body wash provided. There is a 2nd door to enter the bathroom through the far end of the kitchen near the laundry area.



Enjoy a beautiful day outside while sitting under our gazebo. Enjoy a meal, chat with friends or sip some wine. Phoenix evenings are stunning and you might even get to enjoy a beautiful sunset.



We allow up to 2 small, well trained and friendly dogs on the property. Owners must clean up after their pets, please do not leave pets unattended for long periods of time. Please do not leave them in the yard for long periods of time or let them bark. Pet deposit is non-refundable. Additional fees may apply if pets damage anything in the house. Please use the cover for the sofa.

We have ample parking in the driveway located to the left of the house.

The home is located in the Garfield Historic district and is minutes from Roosevelt Row Arts District and First Friday events.



Getting Around:

Walk, bike, public transportation near by the property.



Other Things to Note:

Our house was built over one hundred years ago, it's old. While it has been updated, not everything is perfect. Please message me if you have any concerns about this. That being said, we love our vintage house and all of its charm. We hope that you will too! Please message me if you have any questions about the house.



Additional rules

No parties or large gatherings on the property or in the house. House has a maximum occupancy of 4. Visiting guest need the hosts prior approval.



No smoking or vaping in or around the property



Quiet hours from 10 pm to 8 am. Please respect our neighbors and neighborhood.



We have a ring door bell located next to the front door that monitors the front door. The door bell records sound and video 24/7. Tampering with any of our property monitoring devices will cause the reservation to be immediately cancelled without a refund.



The property has a Nest connected thermostat. Please note that guests are given a temperature range in which they can adjust the temperature up or down. Tampering with or disconnecting the thermostat will result in the immediate termination of the stay. Likewise, tampering with or disconnecting the router, network equipment, connected door lock, external cameras, ect will also result in the immediate termination of the stay.



Guests are welcome to adjust the temperature within a comfortable range. Please note the AC/heat pump unit is able to be lowered to 72°F for air conditioning and raised to 78°F for heating. Please message prior to booking if you have any questions about the range. Thank you.



Guest who break the rules will be subject to additional fees, or immediate cancellation of the reservation without a refund.



There is an additional $60 cleaning fee for stay over 14 nights. I will send a separate request via the Airbnb resolution center for the additional cleaning fee.

Unauthorized party ~ $1,000

Unauthorized pet ~ $300 per pet

Tampering with security cameras/devices ~ reservation terminated with no refund and $500 fee

Parking on properties landscaping or in the yard ~ $300 per vehicle

Extra cleaning ~ $60 per hour

Smoking inside property ~ $500



Please Note: We are not responsible for items left behind at the property. If a guest forgets something, they will be responsible for a $30 handling fee (for our time) plus the cost of shipping to return the item. Thank you for your understanding.
