Cheerful House in Central Phoenix Enclosed Backyard Close to Airport 🛫❤️

You'll be close to all of the Phoenix metropolitan area in a great house. 10 minutes from the airport and 15 minutes from Old Town Scottsdale. Large and spacious backyard along with a dedicated workspace. Backyard is newly renovated with a turf area, small putt putt feature, fire pit, and propane BBQ grill.

Guesthouse (casita) not included in this reservation. The guesthouse may be occupied, and the backyard will be shared if so. If you’d like to rent the entire property (main house plus guest house) please reach out. The casita contains a full bed with 1 full bathroom.

For events, both the guesthouse and main house must be rented to ensure a private event. Host approval must be given for events or parties. Extra fees may apply.

Fantastic Service

We hosted a decently sized get-together and the property owner was wonderful about it. Communication was perfect and no surprise fees were thrown on us after we left. Would definitely look into booking this property again in the future.

Didn't want to leave!

This house had everything for my family of 6! Plenty of room to stretch out, keep cool, and enjoy time together. Close to everything, very convenient location. My kids loved the backyard oasis! Host was so kind and provides very quick response time to any questions. Would stay here everytime, highly recommend!

Spring training home away from home

10 minutes from the airport. Less than half an hour to most ball parks. And a house that made our stay very comfortable. Clean. Quiet. Stocked. And a very responsive host. Deanna went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. From saving us a trip to a store to providing a great list of restaurants and most important, resolving a lock keypad issue in a timely manner. This site will be at the top of our list next time. Thank you, Deanna!

Great house in great location!

Enjoyed this quiet, clean house with friends and family. Close to festival and spring training games. Check in and out was so easy! Deanna was quick to respond to our needs! We will look into this location again next year!!

Great space!

We had a great stay here and Deanna was super fast with responses. We were in town for some golf and this is 10 minutes from Scottsdale which was super convenient! I would definitely come back and stay at this property! The backyard was a great addition to kill some time between rounds!

Great find on short notice!

Our original booking fell through on the day we were to arrive. We found this place at last minute! It was easy to book and the price was great. Accommodations were great. All the things you need were provided. Clean, cozy and quiet.

Really enjoyed our time here and the great restaurants in the area. The home and neighborhood was quiet and well maintained. Very comfortable place to stay with good beds!

We had an overall amazing time at this location. The owner allowed us to come earlier to tour the property so we could get a better understanding of the layout. The home was clean and we had no major issues. We threw our wedding at the residence and there was enough room for 25 people.
