Very safe and friendly neighborhood; 6 beds and sleeps up to 8 ppl. Exercise room, 2 cozy patios to listen/view multi-lighted waterfall with fenced in, but unlocked pool. (Use at your own risk). One patio with wet bar overlooks pool area. 2 firepits and grill for BBQ. Home sits in a very safe and quiet cul-de-sac (no thru traffic). Free parking on premise. Less than 5 mins from major hospital, a huge shopping plaza and a buzzing restaurant district (Costco, Walmart, Starbucks, Target, and Safeway. Incredible kitchen with conventional oven, microwave, toaster and air fryer for all your cooking and baking needs. Iron, hair dryer, and bathroom and cleaning amenities provided. LG 65" TV, Wi-Fi and YouTube TV subscription. Outside cameras. Tree house in the back corner of the backyard. (Use at your own risk). NO PETS and PLEASE NO SMOKING OR VAPING INSIDE OR IN CLOSE PROXIMITY OF THE HOME! SMOKING OR VAPING ALLOWED AT BACK OF YARD NEAR TREEHOUSE IN GRAVEL AREA.

We so enjoyed our stay. One of the best stocked kitchens we’ve ever stayed in. Plenty of paper goods, great toys for the kids, and anything else you can think of. Pool and hot tub were a hit with the kids as well. Would stay again in a heart beat!Owner was especially attentive and responsive!

Everything about this home is amazing, from the spacious layout to the backyard oasis! Michael and Veronica have thought of every amenity you could need, and more. Start your mornings poolside, and end your evenings under the string lights surrounding the yard. The home is located at the end of a quiet cul de sac, and is an easy drive to spring training locations, shopping, and food options. We are looking forward to a return stay!

The host is very responsive and quick to deal with the few minor issues that came up. This spacious home provided our party of six adults with plenty of room to have our own space. It was well equipped. We used the pool (not heated unless extra fee is paid) as we had unseasonably hot weather during our stay. The hot tub was large enough for 3 adults. We felt safe in the quiet neighbourhood, and the location made it easy to get to food shopping, general shopping, and local attractions. Access to main arteries made moving about the city easy

Lovely home away from home

We had an amazing stay at this property! The pool and hot tub were wonderful and provided plenty of relaxation after a day of fun. The backyard was a big hit with the kids, as there were various yard games that kept them entertained. The house itself was very clean, and the layout made it comfortable for our family. The air hockey table was a favorite for the kids, giving them something fun to do indoors. The two tables in the kitchen area were super convenient, and we had plenty of counter space and pantry room for all of our groceries and meal prep. Another nice touch was the abundance of pool and bath towels, so we didn’t need to worry about packing extras. We did have one minor issue with the hot tub and the host was very responsive and took care of it right away. Overall, we had a fantastic time and would definitely recommend this property to others!

Glendale VRBO

We were family from Ontario and British Columbia meeting in Arizona for baseball and relaxing. The accommodations were great as was expected by reading the details. Our entire family was comfortable and enjoyed the amenities the property provided. Michael was vey easy to communicate with and very responsive. The location was excellent and very easy to get around to where we wanted to go. We have family that winter in Arizona and would gladly return to this home again if we came south to visit with them. Thank you to our hosts for providing a wonderful experience.

Wonderful as advertised

I was reviewing this property on the app and thought it looked to be true. It was better. The property manager was available for communication. The property was amazing. We enjoyed the amenities and enjoyed the amazing outdoor luxury and seating. The rooms inside were comfortably the kitchen was a great place to congregate. The only thing I would suggest others is stay longer tban one night. It's just not enough time to enjoy all the property amenities. I'll definitely look to stay here again. Great property manager, Great property, Great stay.

So Happy

Husband and I needed a Sun break! Pool was awesome and we enjoyed playing cornhole (no divorce!). Enjoyed putting and pool tools. Hot tub was great and enjoyed the fire pit in the evenings. Slept great on the comfy bed. Hosts were very responsive and only needed to reach out once! Thank you for a great house!

Fun in the sun

Everything was excellent from booking to checkout. Hosts are very helpful and helped make our stay wonderful. Pool is great and has a deep end. Hot tub very nice, grilling was great and many yard games, not to mention air hockey inside. Something for everyone the only thing I would add is possibly more tvs - can only watch so many of my brothers murder shows. Would recommend to anyone

We were forcibly removed from the property

The property owner forcibly removed us from the property for unplugging the wifi at night (which was not listed as a house rule). The multiple cameras on the property were offline with no wifi. When we woke to several angry texts I instructed my wife not to text back as he didn't appear to be emotionally stable. We immediately plugged the wifi back in and headed out for a hike. When my wife checked her phone after the hike it was shocking. She had several angry texts from the property owner. He had canceled our reservation, locked our belongings inside, and called the police. He was waiting for us at the house when we arrived. There was a verbal altercation in which he refused to calm down and refused to check the wifi to confirm we had indeed, plugged it back in. We hoped the police would come to offer support, but they did not. After the front porch unhinged, screaming debacle, we waited. When the property owner received a call from the police informing him they would not come, he let me and my teenage son in to pack. He stood over us as we did so. He refused multiple times to allow my wife into the house to help me pack. She was allowed to come in to do the final sweep only.My wife was on hold with VRBO while I packed, thankfully they helped us! They gave us a full refund and one key credit to get a new place. It was a traumatic nightmare for my whole family, my poor kids were horrified watching it unfold.

Excellent communication

The house was exactly as listed. The pool was very clean, we paid to have it heated which was definitely worth it. The location was quiet and close to what we needed. There was a lot of extras such as coffee pods, spices in the pantry and basic condiments in the fridge. The hosts were excellent before, during and after our stay-answering questions quickly and going above and beyond to make sure we had what we needed.

My family and I had so much fun staying here! There was absolutely everything we could have possibly needed and wanted. The hosts were very attentive and helpful and pleasant to talk with. The house is beautifully decorated and feels like home. When we first walked in it smelled amazing and was full of positive energy and very clean. Definitely will stay here again without any hesitation!

Cozy and fun home away from home

Just WOW! We needed a place to stay in the valley for my daughter’s 17th birthday. We live out of town but all of our family is in the Phoenix area. This was a great location and had wonderful amenities to enjoy with my daughter and her friends. Our family came over for a small gathering and we all enjoyed seeing each other. Everyone commented on what a great place it was. There was plenty of room and the pool and hot tub were great. It was cool in the evening and we even sat around the fire pit for a bit. We had to run to the store for a few things and everything is very close. I would definitely recommend staying here to anyone with a good size family. It would even be a great spot for a Staycation if you wanted to enjoy having a pool for a week but don’t want to go out of town. ❤️❤️❤️

Fun for family

Family of five stayed for a weekend. We communicated ahead of time with Michael, paid the extra fee, and the pool was heated when we arrived. We turned up the hot tub temperature right away... I guess it cools off when not used? We used both every day and also enjoyed other games in the back yard. It was very clean and very comfortable. Lots of outdoor activities to keep our kids busy! My six year old son loved the dinosaur bedroom equipped with bunk bed, toys, books, and squishmallows! Michael stayed in contact with text message and is very respectful.
