Very nice accomodations

Plenty of room for our family of 6. The pool was very nice. Location was good for the Peoria Sports Complex, a little way out from the zoo and some other attractions.

Great place to stay!

What a beautiful home, the layout was fantastic! We were eight adults there for spring training and close to all the stadiums. Cooked meals and had everything we needed even blended up some pina colada's! Hoping this property is available for next year!

what a great home!

we traveled to AZ for a family reunion. We planned on spending some time relaxing. this house is fabulous, very spacious, well stocked and the pool and hot tub were great. there is nothing i can think of to improve the accommodations. we have been in the area many times and this is the new favorite! we hope to be able to stay there again!

Great for visits near Westwing Mountain

This property is .5 mile from the people we were visiting and a playground, which was fantastic. Otherwise, it's not close to any attractions other than hiking Westwing Mountain. When we arrived, we could not get the pool heater to work, and the pool had a lot of leaves. Dwight was very responsive and got the pool serviceperson out right away. They worked hard and got the pool clean and heated. Yay! The hot tub could not be used due to needing repairs which we did not know when we booked. Everyone remarked how thick the beach towels are. The pool has a gate which was great since we have a toddler. It is a nice home for families - plenty of room to eat and play!

Wonderful spring break location

We spent a week here for spring break. 2 families traveling with 3 teenagers. The house is very clean and in a great neighborhood. We enjoyed all amenities including the pool, hot tub and casita. We appreciated the little extras like spices in the cupboard and hand/dish soaps. Kitchen is well stocked with anything you may need. We have no complaints and would definitely stay here again.

We enjoyed the house. The weather was not cooperative, so we did not get to use the pool. The beds could have been more comfortable, and more bathroom towels would have been helpful.

Arizona Getaway

Spent 3+ weeks at this very nice home with some friends visiting us. Great pool and hot tub which worked without and problems. Walking distance to two great mountain hikes and bike rides. Very nice quiet neighborhood close to shopping, spring training games and some great restaurants. Home was nice and clean and as advertised upon our arrival. One maintenance issue was handled quickly by the owner - and he was very responsive to communications.

Met our needs

This was a nice property that met our needs. Check in and out very well documented and clear. Great neighborhood with sidewalks, easy for walking. Minor issues we didn't bother to contact the owner about. Would have been nice to have screens on the doors or windows so we could open them. There was a very strong smell from the cleaning at check in. (The home was very clean.) Used the pool and the hot tub, followed the instructions to turn on the heat and both worked perfectly. We found the bed in the master to be uncomfortable - solid in the middle, saggy on both sides. Well setup with comfortable linens and towels, beach towels for the pool. Many nice touches - luggage racks, well appointed kitchen with coffee, plenty of board games. We didn't use the casita, but it looked great with the extra bedroom and bath. Fantastic outdoor space both in front and back for enjoying the perfect weather. Overall the home was exactly what we expected and met our needs.

Clean, a few hiccups, but figured that was to be expected. Overall worked well for us. There was enough room for 7 adults ranging from 18 to 72 years old. The pool and hot tub were clean and well maintained.

One of my favorites

The property looks as good as the pictures indicate. The house was very clean and well cared for. The owners were very responsive to the minor issues we encountered. The location was close to most anything you would need or want to do locally.
