Look no further! You have found the perfect vacation or getaway. Located close to State Farm Stadium only 4 miles, 5 Spring Training stadiums, Phoenix Raceway (NASCAR), and Westgate Entertainment District.

Enjoy Arizona's amazing weather and relax in the great outdoor living space including covered patio, dining area, new BBQ, covered Cabana, and private pool (heated upon request from October to April).

The Property:
Private pool, no fee to heat the pool / Free WiFI for streaming/ 2,058 sq. ft. Perfect location in the suburbs of Phoenix near I-10 and 101Fwy. This home is a great vacation spot for families.

Bedroom 1: King bed with Master bath, Bedroom 2: Queen bed, Bedroom 3: Queen bed, Additional sleeping space: Queen pull out sofa and Queen air mattress.

You know how you want to let somebody know how much you enjoyed something without sharing the secret with everyone else? That is the way my family feels about this house. First of all, Brian and Denise were excellent hosts in every way. When we arrived, there was a welcome basket waiting for us on a table in the dining area; that was a first in a VRBO. When I say they have everything you need in a vacation home, I mean everything. The kitchen is fully stocked with pans, plenty of cooking accessories, silverware, etc. We've stayed at places where we had to purchase utensils to make it through the week. Although it doesn't seem like a big deal, they also have A LOT of towels, both for showering and for the pool. The house has a terrific layout and it didn't take long to feel like home (we stayed 10 days). It is in a great neighborhood with great walking trails everywhere, and it is ridiculously close to Fry's, a grocery store. There are also plenty of restaurants close as well as a Dutch Brothers that literally just opened. If you are going at the right time, the airport is only 20-25 minutes away. If you go at the wrong time (which we did), it can be over an hour, so plan your flights wisely. There are plenty of other wonderful things about this property but listing them all is unrealistic. I don't trust reviews that don't point out negatives, so I'll name a couple: 1. the flooring needs to be re-done. 2. the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms are pretty small.

Overall, we had a very good experience and a relaxing time at the house. The location was close to the spring training games and the outdoor area and pool was great. I would recommend deleting the newly remodeled wording in the description of the house since the floor was not in good condition and the oven needed cleaning or replaced.Although the pool area was very nice, the pool vacuum was automated and on a timer but was on all day making it difficult to swim or fully enjoy the pool with the hose in the way. I understand why the thermostat was locked and couldn’t be adjusted but the house was warm in the afternoon and it would be nice to be able to adjust the temperature a couple degrees periodically. These comments are not meant to detract from the good overall experience but suggestions to improve the rating to a 5. The hosts were responsive to a couple questions we had for them.

We had a great time at the house in Avondale. Very nice place, lots of room, well stocked with everyday items. Kids loved the pool, and playing billiards in the front room. Hosts were very responsive to requests.Great location in the West Valley.

Great property!! very clean, updated, open floor plan. Backyard and pool area very nice and comfortable!! Tons of amenities in the home! Kitchen had lots of cooking utensils/pots and pans, air fryer, blender, Two coffee makers !! Beds super comfy!! Plenty of towels for shower and good shampoos and body wash !! Brian and Denise (hosts) were always available to answer questions or just check in with. Great location, close to State Farm Arena. And lots of shopping, restaurants close by!! Highly recommend and we will definitely be back!!

The Property is very convenient to the Met Life Stadium which is why we visited. The house is exactly as presented in the pictures. The kitchen is well stocked and the communication from the host is outstanding. The backyard and pool are nice to relax in. I strongly recommend this property.

The house was well equipped for our stay. It i beautiful and inviting and very comfortable. The Pool is a nice addition the water temperature was great. There are duel head showers in the master bath. It was in a nice safe neighborhood and a really easy drive to the State farm stadium to attend events. We would definitely recommend for anyone to stay in this house. We stayed a couple but it would have been perfect if we brought out kids too. The house was very clean and cozy.

Feels like home

This was one of my favorite places to stay and we travel to Phoenix quite a bit. I loved everything about this home, and it just felt like, well…home. I wish we could have stayed longer! My family stayed four nights, and it was very comfortable, well stocked, clean, and relaxing. There were plenty of towels, kitchen stuff, extra food and laundry detergent, shampoo & conditioners, etc. The beds were comfortable, and everything was clean and well taken care of. We would definitely stay here again!

Stay for Baseball Tournament

PERFECT retreat close to stadium

This house exceeded our expectations by leaps and bounds. The host were quick to respond whenever we had questions and super nice!The pool was a must with the Arizona heat and it did not disappoint. Everything that we wanted to go do was within 5 to 20 minutes… including State Farm, Stadium, where we saw Post Malone.There was not one thing that we had to go out and purchase because this house had it all. As someone who travels all the time, this is incredibly rare to find!

Beautiful Pool/Great House

We had a great stay at the residence. Pool was in top condition, beautiful, sparkling clean and heated. Owners were very responsive and wonderful to work with. Home was well equipped with all the needed items. Bedding and linen supplies were the best of any residence we have rented in AZ. The residence was centrally located and close to shopping.

Can’t recommend enough!

This is the place to stay. I could tell by the photos it would be the perfect spot. But it exceeded expectations. Not one complaint!! From the comfy beds, roomy bedrooms, house layout, heated pool, waters and snacks, neighborhood and recs…. All was perfect. It was quiet, private and we’ll definitely be back!

Family of 6 had a blast

The house was spacious, clean, and had more amenities than we even anticipated. My children, ranging in ages from 8-15, had fun playing pool and swimming at the end of the day. There were plenty of towels and the washer dryer made mom's life easier. ; ) We were traveling for baseball, and the house was close enough to Camelback Ranch and other ballfields. The commutes were easy! This will be the first place I search when we return to the Phoenix area!

Amazing!

We loved our stay! The house is very comfortable, especially the beds and living room area. The heated pool is also amazing - we spent the better part of our days in the pool, and loved every minute! There are a bunch of restaurants and super nearby, so it’s a great area to stay in. The owners stock a ton of great snacks, and we were able to cook most of our meals thanks to a well- stocked kitchen. We highly revoked this property - better than advertised, great Owner communication, and a fantastic place to make wonderful memories!

Amazing Christmas break

Staying at West wind was awesome! Had to do nothing else but bring our clothes. All else was supplied. The neighborhood is nice, the house very comfortable and welcoming!
