  • ¡Experimente este retiro único y moderno ubicado en el corazón del codiciado distrito de Kierland, rodeado de golf, excelentes restaurantes, tiendas, deportes, entretenimiento y más! Este condominio de diseño de 1400 pies cuadrados, 2 dormitorios y 2 baños cuenta con accesorios de primera línea, azulejos, vidrio e iluminación personalizada, brindando una experiencia verdaderamente lujosa. Mejore su estadía descansando en la piscina, relajándose en el jacuzzi o haciendo ejercicio en el gimnasio.

    Para su comodidad y disfrute, hay 3 televisores (uno en cada habitación y otro en la sala de estar), una chimenea, un patio con balcón y un espacio de trabajo con una silla ergonómica. El espacio de vida de concepto abierto tiene vistas al comedor, sala de estar y balcón desde la cocina.

    El condominio está ubicado dentro de una comunidad cerrada. Tiene un garaje adjunto para 2 autos con una entrada en la planta baja. Sin embargo, hay una escalera para acceder a la sala de estar y las habitaciones.

    El hogar completo está disponible para usted con una conveniente entrada sin llave. Proporcionaré un código para la puerta de entrada y un llavero para acceder a las comodidades del complejo (piscina, jacuzzi, gimnasio, etc.). The place was perfect for my wife and I. Location was great for us 10 minutes to Mayo. What we liked most is how nice, peaceful and quiet the neighborhood is. The pool area is very nice to relax at in the evening, and again very peaceful. There are a lot of places to eat and shop very close by. The condo is as shown and we were thankful for that, and it is nice to have your own garage to park in. Thank you!

Excellent stay!

We stayed at the property for the Thanksgiving holiday and it was perfect! The location is excellent - walking distance to Kierland, grocery store and restaurants. The condo has everything you need, was clean and very comfortable. Will absolutely stay here again.

Second Say As Wonderful As The First

Thoroughly enjoyed our second visit to this condo. The accommodations were perfect and the location is perfect for everything the Kierland area has to offer. Communication with the host was easy and I would gladly stay here again!

Excellent Experience

My wife and I had a great time and appreciated the condo location and amenities. Haley was awesome to work with and very efficient. The condo is close to many restaurants and shopping. We love staying in this area and will continue to when visiting Scottsdale.

Great condo convenient to everything

Lovely condo very clean and quiet. Walk to Kierland Commons and Scottsdale Quarter. Nice pool. Stayed at this complex many times while visiting our son at GCU. Great communication from owner.

Fabulous

This was our second stay in Haley’s condo and we have another stay booked! The condo is in a quiet community and very walkable to shopping and great restaurants. The furnishings are very nice and comfortable. Haley is extremely quick to respond to messages.

Scottsdale Girls Trip

Second stay at this property. Well located in the Kierland neighborhood. Close to everything. Plenty of comfy furniture for everyone to spread out at the end of a long day. Wonderful contemporary decor. Host is very responsive and friendly.

Great place for our family visit

Our family comprised of 4 adults, 2 children, the girls, age 2, and a 7 month old. The property was very clean, updated and modern. Owner was so helpful and very responsive to our questions and needs. We love this community, having stayed here 4 or 5 times. Highly recommend.

Relaxing Getaway

First of all, the condo is very lovely, clean & comfortable while located in a great spot! We walked to a wonderful outdoor shopping mall, & restaurants, & the condo is just a short drive to some great trails!! The owner was very quick to reply when I had a question. We highly recommend this condo.

Great location, comfortable condo

This was our second time staying at this property. We enjoyed it just as much this time as we did the first time. We very likely will return again. The location is ideal for shopping, restaurants & hiking. The condo is clean and comfortable. Great communication with the owner, who is quick to respond to questions or needs.

Exceptional place in a great location

The condo has everything you need and is very comfortable to stay in. Communication with the host was excellent. I would highly recommend this place. One thing to note if you have a large SUV it might not fit in the garage so you may need to ask the host for a parking permit, which is required by the property owners to park in one of the open spaces.You can walk to shopping and restaurants nearby. The WIFI was great for video meetings if you need to work while visiting.

Getaway in Scottsdale

My husband and I wanted a break in N. Scottsdale. This condo was nice. It’s just off the Kierland golf course. It’s walking distance to shops and restaurants at Kierland Commons and Scottsdale Quarter. Groceries are a couple of blocks away. Complex is quiet. Pool area is nice. Condo is clean and comfortable with everything you need. Haley was an excellent host and responded very quickly to all communication. Would recommend.

Nice place in a perfect area.

The condo was accurately described. The check in process and the communication with the property manager was good. We had only a couple of questions which were answered immediately. The unit was beautifully appointed. Overall we had a good stay. I would give it a 5 star if it weren’t for the bedding. It neess to be replaced. On another note the ironing board was broken, and there were crumbs in the kitchen drawer. I would stay at this property again and I would recommend it.

Overall okay. Key issues-only 3 coffee mugs in cupboard, one dirty not clean.Garbage left on balcony Roku TV, maybe just me but couldn't even watch local TV,ie: hockey,football. Overall was fine though, Thanks Steve
