It’s exactly a $200-260/night value. If it’s any higher it’s not a great deal. Full service hotel otherwise. Found it clean and organized.

Tempe Oasis
Room was decently clean, staff goes above and beyond, they give out lots of snacks. Would stay here again.

Arizona Grand Resort & Spa
This was a great place to stay for our family which includes an 11 and 7 year old. They loved the waterpark, which wasn’t too crowded, and the pools near each building. The food was good, but very expensive, however there are other restaurants nearby.
