"The Springhill Suite was very convenient for Phoenix Fan Fusion 2025 at the Phoenix Convention Center. Transportation was provided by Springhill to and from the airport for guests that needed. They were in the process upgrading their card entry readers. You could not enter from some of the side doors with your room key card."

"Slept in a clean room and not so friendly staff. Staff either look like they needed sleep or just not having good day. Continental breakfast was ok, not great, but ok. Checking was great and fast. Will book here again sometime. "

"Staff were fantastic and allowed for early check in. The room was a good size and nicely appointed. However, the bed was sunken and the rug was very dirty. Otherwise, great experience. "

"The property was great. I am disappointed that when I arrived to check in, the front desk agent said I needed to pay for the room upfront on top of the incidental charge. I have never had to pay for a room upfront. When I asked why, all she said was the system required it. 1. It made me feel like your hotel doesn’t trust that I can afford the room or I will pay. 2. Train your employees to have better answers with actual reasons behind it."

"Very cute and unique cabana, the location is very close to ASU you have a decent selection of cafes, bars and restaurants within walking or driving distance. Cleanliness of the property and the room itself was great, I’d definitely stay here again in the future. Make sure to reach out to host for check in instructions so there are no issues. The host was easy to work with and communication was great. "

"Todo estuvo bien. Check in y out super rápido, sencillo, lo único mejorable es que el aire acondicionado aunque funciona bien, sin fallos, es muy difícil controlar el clima.La ubicación es excelente para eventos en el centro de Phoenix."

"The staff was by far the nicest i have encountered in my travels. Since i took my two kids at the last minute they upgraded my room to a double queen without even asking or chraging extra. They gave me some good advice where to go and what is good to eat. I will for sure stay at a Moxy hotel again "

"The staff were amazing. Someone was always at the front desk. My only concerns were the hallway to the rooms were so hot that it felt like we stepped into an over. The rooms were clean but the carpets in both rooms had stains. They looked looked like animal urine stain that they'd tried to clean. "
