"The only thing that was confusing was the valet I had to pay 41 for a night and he can’t come outside when he sees a car in the valet area I waited for over 20 mins. There is no signage. The girls in the reception made up for his unprofessionalism. He just didn’t seem to care. "

"Upon arriving, the check-in staff was awesome. The gentleman who attended to me was great. He stated that the rooms wouldn't be ready until closer to 3 pm, which was very nice about it. "The property was new and clean. The staff were nice and friendly. Liked that parking was free. A little off the beaten path in downtown Phoenix. Didn't feel comfortable walking from hotel to restaurants and entertainment. Felt safe on property but the surrounding area seemed a bit rough. All and all, would stay here again. "
