JW Marriott Phoenix Desert Ridge Resort & Spa
"Tray with dirty dishes was outside of our room when we arrived. Was overcharged by $150 and front desk staff was very rude. We paid $1100 for 2 nights which isn’t something we normally can do and it was very disappointing."

"We love staying here. Staff is fantastic, the casita’s are clean, private, romantic, and perfect for us. The dining is great, pool is beautiful, we just can’t say anything bad about this place."

"The only bad experience was the ac unit was not cold. It kept turning off in the middle of the night and we were hot. Other than that the property was well taken care of."
