"We had 4 adults in our party and stayed for two nights.Easy access to downtown Seattle without getting on the interstate. Our stay was safe and comfortable. Appreciate the easy off street parking.Getting in and out of the basement unit was easy with the keypad code. We would stay here again."

"this unit has decent prices for seattle and is quiet and safe, but it is really a bare bones set up. i was able to park on the street nearby the property. the owner was never able to provide functioning internet during the three nights i was there. the password supplied was never accepted. it would have been nice to have a bathmat in the bathroom and maybe an extra blanket in the closet. coffee maker works but filters supplied were the wrong type. "

"Overall our stay was very nice. Comfortable bed, Good size rooms and generally clean. Could use a deep clean. Not enough drawer and closet space for extended stays and no room safe. The staff went out of their way to make us happy and provide extra pillows and hangers. Very friendly and personable. The breakfast was not to our liking and would suggest going out to eat. We found some terrific places within 15 minutes. We would definitely stay again. Please note that only one washer and dryer on...

"This is my go to hotel anytime I make a trip to Seattle. I’m genuinely super impressed by it. There is an incredible view of the space needle on the ground, and in your room if you’re lucky enough to face that side. The hotel is very well kept and the restaurant is delicious. But the biggest thing for me is how unbelievably kind all of the employees are. They seem to actually want to ensure you have a great stay, which is so appreciated. I can’t recommend this hotel enough, I’m really grateful...

"We stayed at this property for the convenience of being close to Pike's Place and downtown Seattle. The location was perfect. The stop for the Hop on Bus was literally right in front of the hotel too. The hotel was very clean, beds were comfortable, had kitchenettes and even provided boxed waters and candy. Its a very small hotel so there is no parking or continental breakfast. "
