"Overall, I really liked this hotel. While I understand it is an older historical hotel, the rooms and bathrooms are small. They could also use some upkeep in terms of painting, etc.. I was impressed with the quality of food at the hotels dining."

"Even though it was raining from NY- Salem, it didn’t spoil our trip, check in was easy peasy , their restaurant food was delicious and reasonable price, we kept busy in the pool. Our room was ready when we arrived, beautiful decoration and wall paint. Staff were awesome , very comfortable with the Ac on, we slept well . Will definitely return here again"

"Superb property. Great location - immaculately decorated with such class and fun all rolled into one! Staff were wonderfully helpful and the kitchen area was stocked with interesting snacks and drinks. The only confusing part is where the back door is and are you just about to knock on a private home but perhaps that adds to the "whimsy" feel of the entire property. Will definitely stay there again. 10/10"

"Only downside was that you have to park and walk with your luggage. The staff was exceptionally helpful. I wish the rooftop bar was open later on weekdays. Toilet being separate from the shower room was a little odd. Artwork was cool."

"Everything was lovely. Great owners. Be aware that Salem does not allow for inns to cook full breakfasts for guests. If you are allergic to or sensitive to cats, be aware that the owners have several cats."

"Room was clean, plenty of space. Breakfast was above average. Entrance and parking and walkway is not convenient to main lobby. Outdoor pool and surrounding area is industrial, shabby appearance. No area whatsoever to sit outside. It’s just a room, no more."
