The place is clean, and exactly as pictured. It’s perfect for one or two people to have as a home base in the Fishtown. Alberto is an amazing host and went so far as to mail me property I had accidentally left there when I checked out.

Good location, nice outdoor space, newer furniture. We didn't find the bed or couch super comfy, but ymmv. Host was responsive and accommodating and very helpful with parking and checkout.

Great for an individual or couple seeking a short stay in a hip area. Parking wasn’t an issue and safety is no concern. Would stay again next time I’m in town!

Perfect for those who aren't planning to spend their time inside. It has everything needed, a comfortable bed and was clean and quiet. We would definitely stay again.

Great cozy spot close to downtown

Me and my daughter came for the eagles parade and the place was just what we needed. It's nice and close to plenty of dining and a short train ride or Uber ride to city center.

Host was very communicative about the stay. The space was perfect and well situated in a walkable and hip neighborhood. I'll definitely be back next time I'm in Philly!

Overall a great place to stay, close to a lot of great spots in Fishtown! I will say it’s a little buggy, we did come across quite a few little spiders/ants/other bugs. The mattress is very firm and they could use some new, fluffier pillows but altogether fairly comfortable. Beware - the stairs are VERY steep!!

This location in fishtown was so walkable to lots of great restaurants and bars. The space was very cozy, clean and welcoming. Pefect amount of space for two. We especially liked the outdoor patio. We would stay here again in a heartbeat. Communication was excellent.

Cozy apartment on a quiet street in a fun neighborhood. It was HOT and the air conditioning worked great. Loved the little private deck! Bed was comfortable too
