"Excellent location for me. Helpful staff. Very clean hotel and very comfortable bed. However, my room’s window had a leak when the big thunderstorm hit. I reported and they sent people to come and clean it right away. And I think their furniture needs to be updated. But besides that, everything is good."

"Staff was fantastic! From the front desk to the valet and housekeeping. Everyone was so helpful and personable. Great location; close to everything we wanted to see. Good restaurant choices near by. We enjoyed the Bayou as well. This will be one of our go to hotels.
On another note: Houston needs to provide some services for the unhoused population in downtown areas though. It was heartbreaking to see some many ppl suffering in the midst of"

"Easy access from the freeway. Unfortunately it appears someone must have stolen the remote for the TV. They didn’t have a replacement. We were told to use the buttons on the TV but there was only an on/off so TV was unusable. Bed was EXTREMELY comfortable. Breakfast was good. Check in was easy even though it was sold out due to graduation. Ice maker on our floor was broken. Only had decaf for the keurig in the room. Good lighting in the bathroom."

"I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. The room was extremely dirty upon arrival. There was hair from previous guests all over the bathroom floor, inside the tub, and even behind the bathroom door. The carpets did not appear to have been vacuumed, and the entire room had an unpleasant dirty smell.
The bed sheets also appeared unchanged, with visible stains on them, which made the room feel very unsanitary overall. When we asked for new sheets, the new sheets also had stains on...
