Our host communicated all policies clearly with us. The house was very nice and comfortable. It included everything we needed and the neighborhood was very quiet. Will definitely stay again if ever in the area.Thank you for a nice stay.

Everything was great but for 2 issues. The dishwasher needs replacement and hot water in guest bath is slow to warm. This has to do with the length from the water heater to the bath and not a fault of the host. The host has an attention to details that make the experience feel more like home and responded to my texts promptly. Loved the close proximity to shopping and is close to a Costco and even an EV charging station that is conveniently located in the parking area at Target.

Perfect!

The house was perfect for our stay. Very clean! And the driveway was big enough for us to fit 5 vehicles, including a large van, without even using the garage. Quiet, beautiful neighborhood. The property management was very responsive to questions.

Awesome stay I highly recommend !

The check in process and communication with the host were simple and straight to the point which I can appreciate. The home was super clean and spacious with a TV in most rooms and even a ping pong table. The neighborhood was quiet and easy to get to. The only thing I would consider if you are booking is if you want something close to Austin or downtown I would reconsider because it can be a bit far, but none the less they cannot change that, so anything that the host could control was awesome and I would definitely stay again!

Very comfortable

The property was very clean and comfortable, met our needs. Very close to all the major conveniences like groceries, gas, great restaurants, toll roads to get anywhere. The property is on a culdesac with a huge backyard and is great for families with young kids. Our kids really enjoyed the backyard. Excellent communication with the owner. Very supportive and understanding owner. Owner went out of the way to make us feel comfortable. Home away from home.

Twins 16th Birthday Trip

This home was the perfect amount of space for my group . It was located in a nice area right off the highway. There was an HEB Plus, Target Starbucks and other local eateries. It was not too far from San Marcos outlets and other attractions. The home was clean and had everything we needed to feel comfortable and at home. The price was affordable and there were nice extras included with the home. We'll definitely try to come back when we stay in this area !

Great Stay!

Had a great stay at this house. My family and two other guests stayed in the house. It was in a great location and neighborhood. It is located at the end of a cul-de-sac and a sits on a large lot. The check in process was seamless. The house was very spacious. I was most impressed with how clean the house was. The beds were very comfortable. I felt very safe in this house. I would recommend this house! I would stay at this house again without a doubt.
