"This was one of the most affordable properties we found in Zurich. The room we stayed in had one bed, a sofa couch, and kitchen. The space was exactly what we needed. The AC unit provided is one that uses a tube through a window, meaning you have to have the window open in order to use it. This wasn't a huge issue since it was a little chilly during our stay so we didn't have to use it the whole time. This building is near nightlife though, so just be mindful that if you do need to open a window...

"The room was perfect for me and my fiancé. We spent a week in Switzerland in the apartment was in the perfect spot for us to catch the bus or train and Aldi’s and cops were right around the corner. We got an early so we were able to walk from the train station and also stopped by McDonald’s. They came in halfway through the week and refreshed the bed and towels. "There was a suite flat above a restaurant, and the smell of food could be felt throughout the unit and was annoying. During the day, the suite was like a steam sauna because it was all windows and above the roof. Despite two small air conditioners and a fan, it was unbearable. However, the view from the room was incredibly beautiful and tempting. There was no shampoo and the unit was full of insects coming from the lake because there was no fan and you had to keep the window open all the time....

"The staff was no really attentive with my requests. The room was not clean and they come just one time to do the general cleaning, the towels where to small and only one time they replaced them. Only only one window was able to open fully and was for the very noisy size, I can smell the bathroom and all the smock from the outside bus, I really didn't have a confortable time,plus the location was very dangerous at night! that was most terrible thing."

Despite booking and paying for two rooms, we were relocated to a different property and provided with only one room, requiring four adults to share a cramped space. This disruptive change was communicated to me just two hours prior to check-in. The actual room and property were completely different and inferior to the advertised images, leading me to believe this is a recurring issue for guests."
