The decks looking out over the lake makes this property even more appealing. Easy walk to downtown and the lakefront. Perfect home to escape to while enjoying this charming city. "3 adults -long weekend- just right - could walk to state park beach or very short drive and also close to convenient grocery store or market. only a few more mins to downtown Petoskey gaslight shopping district and marina/park. Property mgt was communicative clear and responsive- comfortable and relaxed atmosphere- you do hear busy traffic noise close to Petoskey harbor drive when out in the deck but that was a small concern to be so close to everything "

"I stayed here with a friend and our two 11 year old boys. This house is right next to the state park where we spent some time on the beach. The house was clean and had what we needed. There was ice left in the freezer, which we appreciated. Both bedrooms are upstairs and comfortable. Each room has its own bathroom. There isn’t much of a yard to play in if you have young kids. "

Cozy, comfortable, and convenient—we couldn’t have asked for more. The thoughtful extras and generous touches are plentiful, reflecting the true labor of love that went into this home. "This idyllic little hideaway was the perfect spot away from the holiday crowds. The weather complied, we had bonfires, cooked in the outdoor kitchen and the cast iron stove kept us toasty."

"My mom and I had a great stay with her Boston terrier. This place is beautifully remodeled and I would not have changed a thing. We knew it was on the second floor but my mom is disabled and has limited mobility. We would’ve asked for special accommodations to use the elevator if we had known it existed ahead of time. She struggled with the stairs. Other than that, highly recommended!"

"Great house for our family of 4 to stay for the long holiday weekend. It included every amenity needed with lots of attention to details. The location was perfect to take short trips into downtown or short drives to Harbor Springs. It's also steps away from the beach, park and a nice boardwalk. Highly recommended."

"The property is just outside the Petoskey main street where it's far enough there's a lot of privacy and quiet, but close enough for a 5-10 minute drive to most venues, stores, etc. Having one room with a bathroom built in and two others near the other bathroom was convenient for us. The family space/kitchen area had plenty of room for us to congregate and do puzzles/play games and eat together. Only note is the driveway area is unpaved and the terrain is not friendly to folks with mobility...
