"This spot is close to downtown Petoskey, yet far enough that you feel away from it all. We rented a canoe and did 5 miles down the Bear river, which brought us back to the camp site. Beautiful scenery and peaceful. The bathroom/shower house was clean and had plenty of hot water. Don't forget the bug spray, being close to the river did bring mosquitoes. We had a great anniversary weekend and would definitely return! "

"Very clean property. Owner was extremely responsive. Well located between Petoskey and Charlevoix, with easy access to Boyne City. Even though it was hot during our stay, the small window A/C plus ceiling fans kept us comfortable. Would definitely recommend!"

"Excellent condo, very clean, very comfortable, well-stocked...great location next to State Park....short walk, great trails, beautiful beach!! We were there during 90 degree heat and high humidity....excellent windows, fans, ..we had hoped for air conditioning only to find out they are installing air very soon. We WILL be back for year #4! Highly recommend! "

"The property was very clean and it was perfect for our stay for our sons travel basball tournement where we played in Petoskey and Boyne City. Location to the Petoskey State Park was wonderful and we enjoyed several beach days. The only downside was how hot it was upstairs where the bedrooms were. We had very hot weather the days we were there which made the upstairs very difficult for sleeping. "

"The old farmhouse has been renovated with a cute bear theme. It’s location is convenient for trips to the beaches, trails and nice local towns. The only downside was the ventilation, with no A/C. Otherwise, nice dining area with games for families indoors and out, nice open kitchen and laundry room."
