The front desk tried to charge me twice and poor customer service. I reserved a room 3 months ago and paid online. Upon arrival the hotel tried to charge me again for the room. I showed the front desk proof of payment on the app and they insisted and argued that payment wasn’t made. We were exhausted from traveling but had to wait for over 45 minutes until they finally found the payment after I contacted Expedia.
