"Great stay in one of the caravans. Arrived at 12.30am and night guard kindly let us in and took passports (got them back from reception next morning) and showed us to our caravan. Clean, comfy beds, perfect duvet for keeping at a decent temperature. Nice croissants in morning from mini market. Tasty pizza and pasta at restaurant. Son loved the panna cotta. Staff are top notch. "

"A fantastic property in a fantastic location. We loved the room and the balcony which was a little haven of tranquility amidst the hustle and bustle of Pisa. We had some frustrations around communicating our check-in time which slightly detracted from the positive experience. "

"Very charming house. Location good to explore around. Facilities good and a lot of utensils in the kitchen. We asked for a home made dinner at home and it was amazing. Improvements: Swimming pool doesn't have fence so kids cannot run around unsupervised. Dogs are a nightmare next door barking through the night. Gardener trying to come twice and the last day, he started to do the garden before we left the house so we could not leave kids running around or use the swimming pool."

"The property is convenient for visiting Pisa city centre and the tower. The staff at the property were very friendly. The property was clean and so was the pool and pool area. The pool is great, although it does close at 7pm which is typical for Italy, although if you’ve been visiting the city during the day, longer pool opening would be advantageous. The problem with this place is that there’s literally nothing there, there’s a restaurant in the evenings, which I have to say is brilliant....

"Our stay in Lucca was wonderfully relaxing. Massimo was a great host. He stopped in several times in the two weeks that we were there. His travel tips and suggestions made our trip the most enjoyable we’ve had. The house was nicely furnished but kept a farmhouse charm. The view from the patio never failed to relax us. Very peaceful. We would come back in a heartbeat."
