"We didn’t know quite what to expect from a “Homestay” what a great experience. The property is a short walk from the beach We had a lovely spacious room. Air conditioning & Wi Fi Marco Polo and his team were so helpful and couldn’t do enough to make our stay so relaxing. The home cooked food was excellent and they even popped out to get anything we asked for they didn’t have. On site is a beautiful Spa , we had great massages from Mishima and Suni. V relaxing. "This is a very basic 1 star hotel. There are no pictures of the bathroom for a very good reason. Absolutely dingy and disgusting. Bathroom was small, had a stained toilet and a bucket with no enclosure for bathing. Bedrooms are small and again, very basic. Looks even less than in pics. "

"Dear all at the Kumarakom Lake Resort, We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at your wonderful Lake Resort. Everyone at the resort, from start to finish, was ever so helpful. We especially enjoyed the gardens and the meandering pool the most. The afternoon tea in the garden and all the activities programmes arranged at the resort are excellent.
