"This is a wonderful large hotel, with great pool and lakeside lounge chairs! Very helpful when arriving and departing. Close enough to town by car. Primarily to stay there. One odd complaint (not to take a star away): we had to request and iron and ironing board twice; they brought one but took it away within an hour... it was a major request for something understood as trivial in most hotels with so many starts... Thanks."

"If you are looking for a hotel for the location only then this is the hotel. It was right on the lake front with bike, boat and pedalo rental within 50 meters. Unfortunately this is where the positives for this hotel stop. The hotel is very run down and in some areas, and in the rooms furnishings are dirty. We were directed to the building across from the main hotel and had to get in using a code. This didn't work most of the time and other times the gate was just left open . The front door...

"We stayed here for 2 nights. The staff are helpful. The room is clean and spacious. They offered a free city pass but we already got our swiss travel. The breakfast is great! It’s convenient and very close to Coop. Free shuttle to airport is a plus! Highly recommended!"

"Unfortunately, our stay was very disappointing, especially considering the price. The bathroom was in poor condition, with mold growing around the bathtub. The tub was also so small and awkwardly designed that there was barely enough room to stand for a shower. We practically had to squat to wash ourselves.
