"We were greeted by Annika on arrival and she gave us a warm welcome and made it possible for us to have an early check in after a long international flight. She gave us lots of valuable information about the hotel and the beautiful town of Kiama. We loved everything about this hotel. Friendly smiling staff; bright and sunny reception area; clean rooms with a comfy bed and a very good location for walking to the town. "Good value and clean for our family of 4. NIcely renovated. A little bit cosy on space - but we were only there for 1 night so it was fine. They do provide a microwave, fridge and crockery/cutlery on request - and you are expected to do your own dishes - which is fine - but there is only a tiny bathroom sink to do them in!"
