"The location is awesome. Very close by of Florence downtown near the Tram. However, our bathroom had mold and the shower had jets that were blacked inside. Our AC in the bedroom was leaking into the bed and didn’t keep us cool. We also went at the restaurant on site and reserved a nice table. When we arrived for dinner they switched our table and we didn’t get the view we wanted. The pool is great for kids. It could be a great place full of potential but it is very run down."

Nous étions dans un bungalow, jolie vue, relativement calme, les piscines très bien peu de profondeur donc les enfants ont pieds presque partout, petite vigilance sur l entrée dans les piscines très glissantes plusieurs chutes. Petit bémol sur les bungalow pas de volet et la clim juste dans le salon du coup il faut dormis toute portes ouvertes sinon il faut trop chaud dans les chambres. Nous gardons un très bon souvenir,...

"The room was exquisite and clean we booked a Studio Flat and it was amazing! The staff was so kind they gave me complimentary champagne, a cake and balloons for my birthday all unexpected and it was very appreciated! The laundry room was also top tier they provide everything you could need in there. Overall, my experience was amazing for my first time in Florence, the property is beautiful and located on a nice street I would definitely book again. Thank you Teatro!"

"Friendly and courteous staff. Beautiful views, very clean and amazing rooms. Great breakfast. Very close to Barberino Tavernalle town which was very pretty! Only 45 minutes to beautiful Florence and 30-40 minutes to San Gimignano and Siena. Definitely recommend this villa hotel and would definitely go back if I had the opportunity again to visit Tuscany!"

"Great location in a quiet neighbourhood close to all the main attractions. Clean property. Check in/out was quick. We were able to borrow an adapter. AC worked well as it was 38 degrees Celsius. I took a star away because the toilet was ridiculously hard to use. Had to pump like 20-30 times to get it to flush. Shower was always cool, no hot water and lack of shelves/space for toiletries was annoying. Overall great value. I would stay there again but maybe a different room."

"This is an excellent property. Very historic, rustic and with great views across the Tuscan landscapes. Lorenzo and his mother were super duper hosts who took great care of us. The property dates back to 1380 and the rooms are decorated with choicest artifacts that adds greatly to the experience. The location is fantastic too with the local market and restaurants in easy walking reach. The breakfast service is fabulous with many choices and Lorenzo himself is great chef as well! Highly recommend...
