"I found the staff very friendly and helpful. On my first night the weather was awful and sadly the room had a few leaks. I informed the staff the next morning to make them aware. Water damage is not good. They immediately asked if my suitcase was ok and asked if I needed anything drying. They then proceeded to move me to a lovely big room, which was lovely and very spacious 😀"

"We had a lovely stay at Plas Y Bryn Manor. It’s a beautiful old building with lots of character, once home to David Lloyd George, one of the UK’s former prime ministers. From the moment we arrived, our host gave us a really warm welcome and shared a bit about the history, which made it feel extra special. The breakfast staff were all so friendly and polite. "We stayed at the property for 3 days and loved it. Mike and Carrie who own this property are a fabulous host and they made sure our stay is fully comfortable. My boys loved it when they chocolates on the day we were climbing the Snowdon mountain. The property is situated at a very good location not far from Betws-y-coed and the great part is Mike and Carrie have so well maintained the original character of this manor. We 100% recommend staying at this place."

"We stayed for one night, arriving after 9pm. Check-in was quick and efficient. We had a pleasant stay in a family room with very comfortable beds. Although we didn’t use the dining facilities, we were greeted by the aroma of delicious food upon arrival. The free car park is a great feature, and the hotel’s location is peaceful and lovely. "Our stay was perfect all the way from the initial, warm greeting from Pattra, to the wonderful room, a lovely Thai dinner and, then, a peaceful night’s sleep and an excellent breakfast. "Room was pristinely clean. Beds were comfortable. Nice en suite bathroom with good shower. Facilities to make a hot drink were replenished on request. Staff were friendly without being intrusive. Didn't eat supper in the restaurant because veggie options were limited. Breakfast was awesome. Would definitely stay there again and recommend to anyone wanting accommodation in the area. Very close to Penrhyn castle and Bangor centre."
