There are multiple boat ramps to launch your boat. Close to Walmart, Grocery stores, Pirate's Cove, Pensacola Beach, Landshark, Fort Pickens, Peg Leg Pete's, Hub Stacey's, Florabama, Pirate's Cove, Orange Beach, Joe Patti's, and Downtown PCOLA all within minutes. Bring your boat, kayaks, SUPS, poles, friends, family, and enjoy the sunshine, blue water and sugar sand beaches. Pensacola Pass to the Gulf is a short boat ride away. Perfect for fishing, swimming, hiking, kayaking going to the beach or just relaxing reading your favorite book. Stream your favorite movies. Watch the dolphins play in the lagoon!

The space

This house is conveniently located between Perdido Key hotspots and the calm waters of Big Lagoon. This is an outdoor paradise, no matter what sport you enjoy. Or stay in the air conditioning an enjoy our lovely, cozy home. If you're looking for a night on the town, Downtown Pensacola has a lot to offer such as Jacko's, The Fish House, watching the Blue Wahoos, live music, and outdoor markets.

Guest access

The garage and one upstairs closet is the only part of the home that is not accessible to renters. We provide 2 sets of clean sheets and pillow cases, towels, washcloths, hand towels, body soap, dish soap, laundry soap, and hand soap. Please bring your own BEACH TOWELS!!! There are plenty of garbage bags provided so please empty the garbage every night. Garbage day is on Wednesday.

We have a local property manager who can assist with any of your needs.

There are 2 major grocery stores within 2 miles and a Walmart also within 2 miles. Every convenience you may need is within minutes of our home.

What a great place to stay! We had everything we needed and then some! The house, pool, dock, beautiful beaches! Matt was a great help in giving me tips for local places to go, and the trip was everything we had hoped for and then some. I hope to be back again sometime!

Perfect getaway

We traveled to this home from Kansas to spend a week at the beach and wanted a home with a pool. This home met all of our expectations. It is not right on the beach but just a short, maybe 10 minute drive and an easy drive at that. The pool was the perfect temperature. No shock value loved it. We got in it every single day that we were there. The house is much larger than it appears in the pictures. The beds were very comfortable. It’s almost like being in a secluded area even though it’s in the middle of a neighborhood you don’t really see much of the neighbors. Definitely a safe area which is a necessity when traveling with kids! There’s a grocery store just down the street maybe a mile if that and also a Dollar General very close by as well as many food options and several DoorDash delivery options. We didn’t realize how close it was to the naval air station which my husband had actually been stationed at 30 years ago if you were in the area and interested in that sort of thing they have a free tour which takes up approximately three hours and is a great thing to do on a rainy day since most of it is indoors

Spacious home on a quiet cove just a short boat ride or 10 minute car ride to all the beautiful beaches Perdido Key has to offer! We enjoyed many meals on the patio and game nights inside. There are 3 large family areas- 2 living rooms- 1 upstairs, 1 downstairs, a large dining area and large kitchen with lots of counter space for all the chefs to move around comfortably. It was a great home and a great location!

Great vacation spot

The house was in an upscale neighborhood that was beautiful. It had a pool and a boat slip which made it perfect for the kids to swim and fish. Highly recommend!

Wonderful vacation

This home was perfect for our family. We all enjoyed the pool and the convenience of fishing from the backyard. The kids hardly wanted to leave to go to the beach because they had so much fun at the house.

Awesome Property

For our stay they had replaced the pool heat the week prior and a part broke, the owner was super communicative about the issue and it was fixed in very timely manner. They also allowed us to check in early since we got into town early so that was amazing!! Since you are so close to the Naval Air Force Base you will have the Blue Angels and other jets practicing over head so you can watch them from the back yard! There are grocery/department stores minutes away and so many great restaurants and beaches close by. Our family had an amazing time here!!

Spring Break fun!

The house was more than enough room for 2 families of 4. Multiple living spaces for the teens to sprawl out was nice. Kids had fun fishing off the dock. Heated pool was awesome once we knew how to turn the heater on. Pool heated up quickly. Comfy beds. Matt is as great to work with. Very friendly and responsive to all of our questions prior to and during our stay.

Great Water Pressure

Excellent 5-head shower in the master, comfy seating all over, plenty of room to manuever in the kitchen, and nice big dining tables inside and out. Also: Plenty of trash bags and dishwasher pods. We've grown accustomed to having to bring our own; a small but very nice detail.

Perdido Key

The home was just as described. It had everything we wanted for the entire family. Our getaway was designed to be able to spend quality time out in the boat in the bay and the gulf, and after long days out on the beautiful water, is was nice to pull back into the dock and relax with all the comforts anyone could hope for. The kids spent hours in the pool and the adults spent hours out on the water exploring the area, fishing, and diving. Our entire time was a blast. We take wonderful memories with us. We hope to be back soon!

Awesome house in an excellent location!!

We really enjoyed our stay in Perdido Key. The owners let us come in earlier on the day of check in due to the hurricane. The house is in a excellent location…by boat or car! We will definitely be back to visit.

Great Family Vacation

This house is perfectly set up for a large group. The pool was great. We did not have a boat but the dock was great for fishing! The beach was a short 10 minute drive and it was clean with public restrooms. Please make sure you take pictures of all the check out instructions - they will try to tell you something different than what they have in writing everywhere. The trash situation is unacceptable as they will ask you to take any trash that doesn’t fit in the trash cans in your car and find a place to get rid of it! After paying a cleaning fee - it’s disappointing that it apparently doesn’t include trash disposal. We relied on the listing stating certain things would be supplied and discovered they were not (trash bags, laundry detergent, not enough towels and washcloths for everyone, etc). Some small maintenance issues. They are responsive when you contact them as we had a couple of issues arise while there. They took care of one (a leaking garbage disposal) but never fixed the broken pool lights.

Nice vacation spot,with many large homes, with in a stones throw.

Enjoyed our family vacation, not use to so many houses, so close together. We had to request ,something be done about garbage. Two large trash cans, full, when we arrived. Got fussed at by owner, at check out, when I told him cans were full again. Maintenance issues are not the responsibility of the renters.

Nice house and property

The house was nice overall. Minor household issues (flickering light in kitchen and running toilets). House, pool, and dock are all nice. Its about a 10 minute drive to any beach. With multiple kids in carseats and booster seats, this more troublesome than we planned for. Owners were very responsive for questions about the house.. Overall, great stay.

Relaxation on the bay

My famikt and I really enjoyed our stay. Thw home was spacious and clean. It had all the appliances and kitchenware we needed. The neighbors were super friendly and talked to us across the dock, giving fishing pointers. We even got to see dolphins swim up to the area. All around great stay. And the owner was readily available for any questions. Thanks again Matt!!
