The floor was filthy. There was sand everywhere. The washer and dryer need proper maintenance performed. It took several cycles to get the laundry clean and dry. The kitchen did not have everything necessary to cook and the dishes had not been washed prior to our arrival. The hot water heater is in need of either a good cleaning or repairs as the hot water only lasted a few moments before running out. There was no extra bedding for the pull out sofa bed. It was inconvenient for us to have to purchase bedding that should have been provided. The shower, bathtubs, and toilets had not been cleaned thoroughly. This property should not be listed to bed 5 people. Three at most. The bed in one of the rooms had several screws loose and was extremely wobbly. I will not be staying at Baywatch in Pensacola Beach, FL or be using Hosteeva ever again. It was poorly presented and not at all what we were expecting. I wasted good money renting a poorly maintained property. Do better.
