Pensacola Beach es un entorno de playa encantador sin el hacinamiento típico de otras playas de la costa del Golfo y tiene algo para todos. Hay mucho que hacer en la playa y en varios restaurantes, parques, opciones deportivas y áreas de vida nocturna a poca distancia de nuestra casa en la playa.

    La casa cuenta con un diseño exclusivo con 2 dormitorios principales (1 arriba, 1 abajo) entre 4 dormitorios 3. 5BA en total. Mucho espacio para dormir disponible para 12-16 invitados, incluida una sala de literas con capacidad para 6 más 2 reyes, 1 reina, 2 literas y un sofá cama. La casa ofrece electrodomésticos de alta gama, encimeras de superficie sólida, utensilios extensos y artículos de cocina, televisores de pantalla plana en todas las habitaciones, comidas al aire libre, parrillas, bañera de hidromasaje, fogata y las comodidades de entretenimiento que necesita para garantizar una semana libre de estrés y lista para relajarse. .

This house was perfect for our 3 families with small kids. The pool and easy beach access made everything smooth. Having my coffee and watching for dolphins on the upstairs balcony every morning was a big highlight!

Our family of 10 thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Tiki Time. From the plunge pool, to the spa, to the toy closet, we couldn’t have asked for more. The house has everything we needed and was a very short walk to the beautiful beach. Tammy and Curt were very responsive with any questions that arose. We were able to spend quality time as a family and make lasting memories!

I can’t say enough great things about our stay at the Tiki Time Beach House. It is certainly a home away from home and has everything you need. Tammy was great to work with and very accommodating. We had 10 of us and were never in each other’s space. Our 4 grandsons loved the bunk room and all adults had their own bedrooms. The boys have already asked to go back and we will very likely do so the next time we are in Pensacola Beach! Close to everywhere we went and yet we didn’t feel like we were too close to big crowds. Loved it!!!

The house is amazing! Kitchen is stocked very well. Beds were comfy. Plenty of space. The pool and hot tub were nice additions at the end of a beach day. Plenty of parking and covered areas to enjoy in a rainy day. The house had plenty of beach chairs and towels and toys, coolers and a beach cart as well as bikes to ride. The second fridge downstairs was great for a large family on vacation. Tammy was so easy to communicate with and responded quickly to everything. Less than a 5 minute drive to major restaurants and shopping. We were able to walk to the beach in less than 3 minutes. We would definitely be back to stay here in the future.

Much more than expected

There were 17 of us ages 2 to 65. Everyone had a great time. If we weren't at the beach which is walking distance, they could swim in the pool or get in the hot tub. Everything was perfect.

Everything you need for your stay!

This was our 3rd visit! We love everything about the house. The kitchen is stocked well! The toy closet has all that you need for the beach plus an extra refrigerator. The host is very responsive when needed. We love the close proximity of the beach. And when you’re tired of the beach, the pool and hot tub are a great alternative.

Great location and space

We were in town for Spring Break baseball tournament, our group included my husband and myself and our adult kids, total of 6. The split bedrooms and individual bathrooms were great. All of the rooms had access to a great outside space. The weather was a little cool and windy so we spent most of the time in the hot tub. We had 1 day when we enjoyed the pool. We loved the back deck, it allowed us to enjoy the sunshine out of the wind. Kitchen had everything we needed.

Amazing home and awesome location!

We can’t say enough about how wonderful this vacation experience was for our family! Not only was the home immaculate and beautiful but the owners were top notch to deal with as well! Great people and so very helpful with everything we needed! Super nice, very friendly and always available for any questions we had! And not to mention, the location was perfect to watch the Blue Angels perform and the beach was just steps away! There was more than enough room for our family of 10! We truly enjoyed staying here and hope to come back again!! Highly recommend to anyone considering staying here! You won’t regret it! Best experience ever!!

Nice home, could have been a little cleaner, lots of details and instructions regarding little issues with home that should be addressed with maintenance. Air conditioner is right beside pool and it makes it very hard to hear someone talking at the pool.

First family vacation

Couldn’t have picked a better home for our first family vacation, EVER! Our family of 10 was very comfortable and used the pool and hot tub everyday all day. Beach is close and we walked it for every sunrise during our stay but the pool was refreshing. We had a couple minor issues with the home and Kurt was there immediately and took care of them on 2 separate days. We highly recommend this home for your stay and we will be back for more family vacations. Thank you from the bottom of our heart Tammy and Kurt! The Cecchi family

Perfect place.

Tammy and her crew made our stay so perfect. I can not tell you how easy it was to communicate with them and get a immediate response. This house if perfect not only is it nice and comfortable and you can't beat the location, they have all the toys to make it the perfect vacation. It was so nice we wanted to extend our stay, but unfortunately the weather didn't want to cooperate. We will be back for sure

Great Location!!

From the beginning of our booking Tammy was amazing, she truly wants you to be comfortable and have everything you need and more to relax and enjoy. Super short walk to the beach, everything you need in the toy closet for a beach day. Beds were comfortable, the house was fresh and clean when we arrived. Kitchen is so well stocked with everything you need, even salt and pepper which is a big one in my book. We would definitely stay again, Love Pensacola Beach! Thanks Tammy & Curt!

Evacuation destination

My family and I were displaced after Hurricane Ida with no place to go and I found this gem of a house for us to go to. It was the home away from home that we needed. Everything that we needed was there Considering we left our home with only clothes. Everything you need to function at the beach was there! The pool was also a tremendous plus!! I will be forever grateful for the “normal” week we had at this beach house. Highly recommend!!
