"Room was an excellent size, balcony had a park/city view which was excellent for the NYE fireworks.
Staff were very friendly and went above and beyond to beyond to cater.
We asked for a couple of things to be sent to our room (toilet paper, conditioner) and when we returned to our room we had a full bag care package of everything the room had.
Mattress and pillows were the most comfortable thing ever! Wish I could have them sent over.
Good walking distance to everything in the city."

"First time booking this place and I loved it! it had everything I needed. Room was cozy and comfy. Came with milk and tea which was lovely. Shower was amazing with great pressure. There was a perfect view of the sky tower so I was able to watch the fire works on NYE. Then Dinner at gladstone was another added bonus. The fact that you dont have to go round and round for parking is also another added bonus. Would totally stay here again! thank you so much -"

"The room was clean and tidy and the right size for two people. All the staff were good. The breakfast hot/cold buffet had a good selection and was nice. Although our first hot breakfast was cold. We told the restaurant staff and we didn't have another cold breakfast. "
