"I was looking for a comfortable place to stay with my son and his friends who were playing in a nearby volleyball tournament. The house was just as described and had everything we needed for cooking in, relaxing outside, and grilling. I was very pleasantly surprised with the neighborhood in Phoenixville. Bridge Street, a short walk from the house, is open to pedestrians only on weekend evenings and had lots of nice shops, restaurants, and live music. There are plenty of cafes all around the...

"You feel like you're out in nature, and the sounds at night are amazing. The little village has a super interesting history and enjoyable walking trail."

However, upon getting settled we were relieved to find the room was thoughtfully arranged and contained everything we needed and more. "Just spent 3 nights as this amazing home with family for a holiday get together. It was decorated beautifully, very clean, comfortable and well stocked with all you need. "The property is run down and in need of repair. It was not accurately represented in its VRBO listing. It lacked basic and essential amenities, especially for a 6 bedroom / sleeping 10 listing. Water pressure was unbearably low. In the middle of my short shower, the water flow spontaneously reduced to a trickle.
