"We had a lovely two night stay at Losehill. Ideally situated if you want to walk up Losehill or Mam Tor and Edale is a 20 minute bus ride away. The bus can be caught from the bottom of the lane. The service from every member of staff we encountered during our stay was outstanding. The food was excellent with amazing views as you eat."

"This is the first time I’ve stayed at the Waltzing Weasel. It felt like an home from home and the owners were amazing. I cannot fault this hotel. The surrounding areas are also wonderful. The breakfast on the morning is first-class. I’ll definitely be back."

"We stayed for 2 nights in a family room, our room was small for 4 people but had everything we needed. The sofa bed wasnt the best, however we asked for a 2nd duvet to put ontop of the mattress and they were bmvery obliging and helpful. The staff are very courteous and nothing was too much trouble. The room was spotlessly clean. The kids loved the sweets left for them. The filter coffee in the room was a really nice touch. "The beds were comfortable, the managers were very friendly and the village is lovely. It's not a fancy place, and breakfast options are simple English breakfast fare, but overall this is a gem of a place if you're hiking or exploring Peak District, especially if you need parking. We appreciated the family room option with a bunk bed for the kids and double for the adults. Note, this is not a good option for persons with mobility issues (stairs)."

"Superb accommodation. Very clean, comfortable and spacious. Great shower. Perfect location10 minutes stroll to town and 30 mins walk to the brewery.
