"The apartment was wonderful and very reasonably priced. The beds were comfortable. We could not get the TV to work. That was a bit disappointing. We had some trouble getting into the apartment with the codes. The people told us we would get a code 24 hours in advance and they never gave it to me. I had to contact them to get it."

"This was a fantastic experience. We had never used LiveSuites before and weren’t familiar with how it worked without a front desk, but checking in was easy, with instructions delivered at time of check-in that were very easy to follow. The room was lovely and clean, and we had everything we needed, including our own laundry unit in the room. We were very comfortable and incredibly pleased with a space to feel safe and at home during our trip. Highly recommend!"

"Went to show at The Roxy, this is a cute area with a lot of shops and food. The place is easy to find/access and it was clean and spacious. If we ever go back up for a show, we will stay here! "

"We had a wonderful time in an interesting place. POSITIVE: Plenty of space, plentiful hot water, first-rate shower-head, basic snack set up with frig, microwave, a big sink area (but with one sink out-of-commission), a comfortable bed, TV, and off-street parking. BUT: Almost nothing is new and you have to co-exist with some supplies like (a mountain of fresh) towels. "I was there for 26 nights. Pros: The price was amazing for how long my stay was and for how nice the place was, building seemed new and was mostly clean, the room had everything you'd need in your own home even a fridge with an ice and water dispenser, bed was big and comfortable, wifi worked really well it never cut out, room was very spacious, everything in the room was functioning properly, and it was conveniently located near some amazing restaurants. Staff were friendly snd responsive as...

"This was a convenient place to stay for our overnight trip, since it was close to the waterfront and the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame. We were comfortable and found the side street to be quiet at night giving way to lots of chirping birds in the morning. We both agreed it reminded us of our own grandmothers’ home. Very eclectic, good directions and reminders of how to use the space when we were done. "

"We were only here for one night and it certainly was a big enough place for us. The problems are basically related to it being an old house and it just needing updating. Doors don't really close, windows are leaky and don't block outside sounds, the carpet throughout is aged as well, towels were also in rough shape. It could be a much nicer place. It wouldn't be our first choice if we were in the area again, but it also isn't a bad choice. "

"This was close to the airport which was exactly what we needed. Excellent communication from host. She was fabulous. The house was clean and remodeled. My kids loved the game room. There were thoughtful touches such as snacks and coffee and a label on the touch lamp so you knew how to work it. We had a great stay and I would highly recommend this house."

"The surrounding are and location were ideal for us to be close to our father who was having open heart surgery at UH Medical Center. They were gracious to permit an early check in. The hot tub, massage recliner & use of washer and dryer were exactly what we needed during this stressful time and the home owners was super friendly during our brief interactions. We can’t recommend this place enough!!!! "
