"Die Anlage ist sehr gepflegt und gediegen. Die Gebäude sind von außen saniert. Die Bäder, Türen und die Klimaanlage sind leider zwanzig Jahre alt. Die Türen sind undicht, die Beleuchtung im Bad ist kalt und unpraktisch und die Klimaanlage ist die lauteste Klimaanlage die wir jemals in einem Hotel vorgefunden haben. "Well we did not enjoy our time . Water was very very cold . I stayed with my family for 7 days UNFORTUNATELY , and everyone in the hotel was complaining about the water is very cold but they don’t listen and they have said “we need to keep in the atmosphere temperature “ !! Also , the service is very very bad . If you call them from your room after 10 PM no one will literally answer your calls to the reception. You need to call more than 8 time to have someone answer. "We chose Parrotel as we had stayed at its sister hotel lagoon last year and were more than satisfied. We live in Nabq and it is convenient for going back and feeding our cats. The Aqua park hotel made us welcome from the moment we arrived. It was my 70th birthday and the staff were fantastic even providing a cake. A special thanks to our waiter Gooma who was excellent. "We did not get the room we booked during the check-in. We received the Breakfast Box after several reminder, only. It is not the newsted hotel, equipment as describted. Animation finished before 22pm, so it could be a quiet hotel, unfortunately, it is very laud after 22pm around the hotel. "
