"Conveniently placed in a shopping centre with free parking available. The rooms are basic but clean and comfortable and fine for an overnight stay. Plenty of options for breakfast and dinner nearby. Nice views of the nearby Marina. The reception staff were pleasant and welcoming. Security is good - your keycard gets you through the door to your accommodation."

"Staff very polite and helpful, however the lifts in the resorts were really bad, very slow and not enough lifts for the number of rooms, sometimes i had to wait well over 5 mins to get into the lift, my room was on the 8th floor do could not really use the stairs"

"Room was small and in poor condition, paint peeling off the walls, half a toilet roll left, room was not serviced on our 2nd night so no replacement coffee etc or clean towels. Breakfast was disappointing, fruit bowl was kiwi or apple, no gluten free options on display, no spoons for coffee, 1 plate available, messy sides and generally looked shabby, weekend staff were oblivious to the need to replenish. "This was the very best hotel and staff. The room was lovely. Staff were friendly, and they couldn't do enough for you. They would do anything in their power to make your stay a pleasurable experience. I would strongly recommend the stay, with the Marina literally two minutes away, and the town center a 10 minute walk away. My only problem was the food. It's not the best, and don't have the breakfast you'll be wasting your money, it has very poor quality ingredients. You'd be better off eating...

"It's a student halls of residence. If that's what you're expecting I would imagine you'd be very happy with the room. If you're expecting a hotel, it's not a hotel. It was exactly as I was expecting. Comfortable, no frills, perfectly fine for a one night stay for me. Wifi was great. A little bit of noise at times, it's student accommodation, but not too noisy by a long way. I recently stayed at the IBIS in Bristol and that was far noisier. Would happily book again for a short stay."
