"The hotel sent me an email the morning of my stay saying my booking would be cancelled. I had to spend 30 minutes on the phone just to make sure we could hold the booking. When we arrived, the valet disappeared and I overspent on parking. This was probably my worst experience with a hotel of the past 10 years."

"Hotel needs to be renovated. They are appear to be working on some things which caused water to be shut off for hours with no warning or notice. When water was turned back on it was brown. Carpets in hallways smelled moist and randown towels were thrown atound the property as to soak up water. Our bathroom light also did noy work. The manager was pleasant, apologized, and then provided a 1 night refund."

"Room and bathroom were clean, the bed box frame looks a bit worn, but the two different type of pillows made for a better than normal night of sleep than I am used to at hotels. Room has very good window-shades to block out bright sunlight if needed.
The breakfast was good, nothing special, nor should anything above a basic good breakfast ever be expected.
Area is safe compared to many other areas around Baltimore. Having a Starbuck and Movie theater next door was great , as...
