"The check-in was backed up and took almost an hour waiting. Then when we headed to our room on the 4th floor we rode the elevator only to get off it and have to walk down the narrowest steepest steps to get to our room. In the room many objects looked dirty with dust steaks. The refrigerator was not working and a huge puddle of water in the kitchen area. The tv would not work either. We didn’t spend much time in the room so it was tolerable but disappointed compared to listing."

"Overall, good stay here. The location cannot be beat. Close to L line to get to Brooklyn/Williamsburg, walkable to SoHo and near by neighborhoods. The space was great accommodations for 1-2 people. The space was quiet, clean, comfortable, cozy. Having a full kitchen, fridge etc was nice options to have. Plenty of cafes, coffee, restaurants to choose from. Would stay again. "

"The picture is of the front building & the apartment is in the back of it. So it isn't a street view but it is nice and quiet being in the back building. It is behind a hooka lounge so they can be a little noisey at night. Other than that, i felt safe, it was clean, the host was amazing at communicating and with instructions.
